Love the printer. Easy to setup. Really like the Scan to email feature right from the Touch Screen. Now we NO LONGER have to depend on scanning a document then using the computerto email the same scanned document.

Color saturation is excellent. Ease of use is excellent. We can't get it set to receive faxes without setting Auto Receive, which makes it a fax machine only. When someone calls, they get a fax signal. We took off Auto Receive and are able to get phone calls, but now we can receive faxes. There are no buttons to press to activate the fax because it's so high tech. Will look at the online manual next.

Just what I needed as I don't normally print much, but when I or my family does most of the time the ink has dried up and it expensive to keep replacing cartridges. This laser color is perfect for my family's use and no issues to date. The color is very good also. Would recommend to others.

Absolutely the best laser printer I have ever had and used great quality don't have to worry about dried out ink and it prints amazing every single time I also love the fact that it's a scanner and a fax machine as well all in one.

We needed an all-in-one office laser printer, did some research online, decided on this HP, and bought it at Best Buy. The process of installing it was ridiculously easy and the quality of the print is beautiful. We needed to call support for a minor adjustment and the service was exceptional quick and courteous.

I really like the printer overall however it scans crooked from auto document feeder. That’s a bummer but couldn’t find another printer that could do all I wanted other than this one. Set up was easy. Print quality is great.

This is my first laser printer after many years owning ink jet printers, and I'm very happy and satisfied. The LaserJet Pro M479fdw is easy to figure out and does a great job, it has a nice size screen too. I looked around and read many different reviews but always kept coming back to this HP printer. It is very user friendly.

I really liked this printer. It prints very well but it is a VERY heavy unit. The setup using the small panel was not as intuitive as I would have liked but I powered thru it to have it operate in wireless mode. The scanning software was primitive compared to others I have seen. The Scan feature from my computer could not find the printer but my computer could still print, ie, find the printer. I returned it because of the software problems. Yes, I could have spent hours on the phone/computer with HP Support to try to fix these issues, but why should I have to do that HP?

Been using it for 1.5 years and it its perfect! Works great for everyday printing, but it is also amazing for small business needs (invoices, checks, etc.). Just now ink running low, bern using the included ink until now!

This little bad boy got us through a year of homeschool, printing books, workbooks, projects, flyers, etc. Fast, easy, fantastic. Easy use from mobile devices, tablets, phones, usb drives, etc. The autofeeder is great - never double pulls.

Great printer! Very easy to use. My last Canon printer caused so much frustration - WiFi connection, having to restart multiple times a day to reestablish connection to my computer for scanning, the toner lasts forever (after you replace the initial cartridges. Such a reliable printer!

Excellent printer. The only draw back is the cost of the toners. It will run you about $500.00 plus to get all colors. It is of course if you do lots of printing. You will have 2000 pages to start. There are non HP toners for this printer, but if you use them then your warrantee will expire. Beware.

I’ll be honest, the toner cartridges are expensive for this unit. However we get far greater quality prints, and far greater prints in general for less money when compared to our old inkjet printer. As a business printer, this machine is wonderful!

Needed a great quality multi functioning laser printer quickly to setup a home office. Found this one on the Best Buy website for a great price. Delivery was a breeze, arriving well ahead of time promised. This is our first HP, and so far it has not disappointed. Very pleased with HP and Best Buy!!

works great for home or small office, prints fast fast fast, colors and font are clear. Not printers fault but if you want to print 4x6 photos, ink jet is way to go. this applies to laser jet in general

It is an incredible machine. The set up is easy the functions are impeccable! And the factory settings allow more professional creativity. I'd recommend any one looking for a printer to buy this one....

Love it ! It is a marvelous printer in every way. Not listed as an excellent photo printer but it prints beautiful, color or black and white, photographs. I have only printed up to an 8x10. I can't speak for anything larger. Mine is for home use.

this is my first laser printer, I have had inkjets up to this point. I should have bought one of these a long time ago. Wasted a lot of money on ink. Got it on sale so the price wasn't bad for whatcha get. Prints very clear and fast too.
