NEEDED A NEW PRINTER FOR A NEW OFFICE THAT WILL NOT BE DOING ALOT OF PRINTING EVERYDAY. SO WE CHOSE THE 22PPM AND IT IS WORKING GREAT. WE DID NOT NEED THE COLOR BUT FOR THE PRICE AND QUALITY IT WILL WORK FOR US. WE HAVE OTHER HP PRINTERS THAT WILL DO 45PPM.

Great purchase so far! Getting it to scan to my computer took a bit of time, and works great! I haven't tried printing from my phone yet, I will update my review when I do!

I've used my new HP printer only a couple of times since purchasing it. However, so far I don't have any concerns or complaints. I like the fact that I'm able email documents and i can do everything from my phone.

Efficient, effective and arguably the best small business printer I have had. Love the features especially printing on both sides. It is also very fast. Color quality with HP printer cartridges is high quality.

Overall it is easy to set up and use. I like the extra feeder and it’s ability to know where to pull from on projects. The two sided feature is great and fast too.

This printer is amazing - it is fast and quite. The printing is clear. You can copy, scan, print, fax, and it has an apps feature. I would highly recommend this; I purchased for home use! Great value for money!

I replaced an expensive monthly rental copier with this one. So far so good it works well and the print quality is good as well. The only issue was with the set up I had to get my IT guy to set up my ability to scan. If not for having to use my IT guy I would give it a 10!

The MFP does the intended job. Easy to get up and running, but advanced features should have been easier to address (Scan to Email / Android printing). I had to allign the feed scanner out of the box (Google it). Hopefully it provides a long service life that we expect from the brand.

A large, sturdy printer which can handle large print jobs with clean, crisp print in both b&w and color. However its online menu and lack of meaningful instructions makes setting up less common functions such as duplexing, double side scanning and color scanning a learn as you go, trial and error process.

Excellent printer. I no longer have an answering machine or a phone line for the fax, but the copies are clear, and the printing speed is incredible.

After it was set up properly by Anthony at GEEK SQUAD it works better than any printer i have ever used. If it lasts as long as some others i have had/used i will be very happy. BEST BUY and Anthony recommended it.

This printer is a very sophisticated asset that allows quality printing when needed and is very flexible when needing to scan documents for storage.

Fast, Nice Network Connection (Wifi Network Option). Software upgrade needs to be a little easier. Certain Phones, Ipad options, need to able to have option to print more pages at a time, and more copies at a time. Limited to 5-10 from some devices (Apple). Mac is unlimited print option.

Robustly built easy to use printer - multi use copy, scanner, fax. Only problem I have is getting scanner to work but it is due to my technical issues which can be resole with Geek Squad.

Bought this for my wife to be able to bring work home so she didnt have to stay so late at the office. Worth every penny! She likes it even better than her office printer.

I have purchased HP color laser printers exclusively over the past 15-years and have found them all to be excellent in build and quality. This one is no exception and it has performed exceptionally well over the past year. I purchased this particular unit for the automatic document feeder and have used it to scan both regular and legal size documents. I prefer to use high yield replacement toner cartridges in my laser printers and they are a bit pricey for this particular model with the black cartridge costing over $170 and the color cartridges costing over $230 each. It will cost you over $860 just to replace all four toner cartridges so always keep the cost of the consumables at the back of your mind when you make a laser printer purchase.

So far, an absolutely excellent printer. Does everything I need it to, prints super fast ppm, and the quality of everything I've printed is unmatched compared to every other printer I've ever owned.

This machine has been a nightmare to install as it wants to install by default its WiFi service on 192.168.223.1. HP did choose an unreserved IP address but why on earth picking a .1. It conflicted with my firewall and disturbed my network. I finally found out how to disable the service on the device itself. HP support has been useless and was not able to tell me how to change the IP address of this service. Furthermore, I had picked this machine because it is said to have better cyber security, but guess what! You cannot change admin to another name! You'd better pick a very strong and long password for your machine. The rest of the functionalities are working well for now. We will see how it ages as the plastic used doesn't feel very sturdy compared to the previous all in one printer I owned (Xerox)

The quality of the pictures that are printed look very great. In addition, the setup and the configuration to my home network took 5 minutes. The longest part of getting the printer setup was taking it out the box.
