Had some trouble configuring it

It wasn't an easy function to set up this printer to operate with Google Drive, in fact I tried doing it three or four times with no success... I just gave up on this since following instructions on printer display and Google page were not working at all. Besides that, the printer works really great for my personal needs.

Great printer, but not friendly drivers

The only issue I had was installing the drivers and softwares to make this work. HP need to improve on the driver installation process. I had a tough time installing because it was stuck in the middle several times . Also, the laptop was not identifying the printer a few times resulting in me having to re-install drivers.

It is so frustrating that the XL toner replacements cost as much as a printer anymore. HP needs to come up with a way to make this cheaper.
