Printer is buttprintproof due to top not lifting clear of glass. Get it if you have that problem in the office. Ink replacement is not cheap at all. Get Best buy warranty on it because you will need it. We have used it 2x.

It is all good now, but my 1 star demotion is for the horrible customer service. spent an hour with them only for them to tell me the problem was my OS. It was not. I had already connected it and it was working. My IT friend logged in and had it fixed in about 5 mins.
