Fantastic printer with excellent software

This printer is heavy and will require a sturdy stand or desk to put on. The software is really good from HP and I have had no troubles at all with it. This printer is very fast and is super reliable. I highly recommend it.

Nice printer

There is a design flaw in the product. The digital display sticks out too high and when I put a book On the scanner to copy a page the display is in the way and it is very awkward. It also seems like it heats too much after printing like 30 pages. Starts smelling like burnt wires and feels hot to touch. Weird

I've had a few small issues with the printer but I've slowly figured it out. It used to always say it was out of paper everytime I printed, even when paper was full. No major issues otherwise and have been pleased with it for work use so far.

Worst printer ever!

We hate it. Constant connection issues. Paper tray guides broke off. It’s garbage. Stay away. Buy something else.

Prints great!

This is a great printer and scanner. Prints come out very fast and the scanner is also very quick as well as it scans both sides at the same time! We added a 3rd paper tray under it (to hold more/other paper) and now its prefect for us.
