Excellent, if somewhat expensive, printer. But, it does a very nice job.

In our office, we always had purchased HP printers, because they are durable and very dependable. Since the most affordable to the top of the line, in our experience they have more value than their cost. This new color printer we purchased is not an exception. We are very happy with this purchase.

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw is a quiet and fast color printer for doing a lot of pages quickly. It also does scanning and photo printing comparable or better than most laser printers is its class. It is very easy to use and has a footprint similar to a large inkjet. Removing and setting up the printer was easy as I followed the instructions for extraction printed on the box then I unpacked the cables and setup directions. The toner is already installed. I did the wireless setup with no hiccups on both Windows and Macs and used it with both Android and iOS. This printer has more wireless options than any other printer I have owned. The touchscreen on the printer is functional and allows monitoring operations without using the computer. I download the printer’s software to my computer from 123.hp.com/laserjet – Two files (simple to do). The overall operation is easy for printing, copying, scanning and faxing. It does a great job doing duplex printing – saving paper (and trees). Cost of toner cartridges is high but due to number of pages that can be printed the cost per page should be less than an inkjet. I LIKE IT!

this is a great little printer scanner/ use it for home office; hated to spend the money, but my HP color lazer jet/broke and my panasonic broke, both at the same time; hated trying to figure out which printer was best, but this one is awesome; love the printer; don't hesitate to buy!

Simple printer, and very efficient and easy to use.

Great printer. Since having this I have not run out of “ink”. My ink jet was always low on ink. Not this laser. Toner lasts a long time. With the number of estimated page per toner cartridge, it is actually cheaper than an ink jet. Set could be better, but I was able to get it.

The all I one device works beautifully and completely like the employee represented. It arrived on time and was easy to install, The young woman that helped me Ashani was amazing and very professional, I would come back just to have her help me again.

Haven’t had a problem yet. Good quality printing and great speed over the network.

This Laser Jet Pro M479fdw Wireless Color All-In-One Laser Printer is everything it's cracked up to be. It has so many functions and they all work wonderfully. This printer is well worth the money. I am one happy camper and would recommend this to anyone looking for a wireless All In One Printer.

Printer is fast and the prints look awesome. Nice upgrade from the previous model.

My wife’s art business was really starting to take off and the HP Envy was starting to cost a small fortune to keep up with the ink. Cost per page will eventually make this purchase as cheap as buying a top grade inkjet. After 200+ pages, we’ve hardly put a dent in the toner cartridges.

This printer does a good job. Previous printer was very old so the features on this one are a pleasant surprise, and quite helpful. Some features are a bit confusing but I am not technologically adept so it takes me some time to figure things out.

We purchased and had to return this printer THREE times! It would freeze up and get stuck in the middle of printing pages, the control panel would become nonresponsive, on the rare occasion it did work, there would be lines running through the pages on both printed and copied documents. When we attempted to get support from HP, there was no one available, ever, so the warranty was worthless because we couldn't even make a claim. We really wanted all of the functionality of this printer, but had so much trouble getting it to function at all and had to go with a different brand.
