It is a good office printer. It does the job on every job you want it to do. There was a problem that i couldn't scan a file. Found out that there is a hidden setting on the printer. And the scan was deactivated. That was my only problem.

Very easy setup, works great with everyday printing, Wish the small screen could be out of the way for scanning books instead of tilting the scanner upwards - or add a "lock mechanism" when the scanner bed is tilted up. easy to recommend this printer - good value for $

Horrible Product, we’ve had about 6 of these printers, and the constantly break down. Bought the warranty last few times and that was a huge headache, had to send it back in forth twice because they wanted to “repair it” and both were fails. The warranty company is just as bad as the printer. Switched to a EPSON unit that we lease and so far it’s working out better. Who knows.

Good care, friendly love the quality of the printer

Replaced another HP laser printer with this updated higher one. Last one was great. This one, when it connects properly also works great. But the WiFi connection is inconsistent so very frustrating. My different laptops would print fine one day, then fails to detect the printer another day. Keep having to reset the WiFi on the printer.

Big unit but good print speed and scanner resolution

It's not as heavy as the description says.........

This printer was purchased for home/office use. I had purchased a similar HP color laser printer about 5 years ago for my small business and it was perfect for all printing task. This printer prints on both sides unlike the older version.

The successor to the 477 which was a terrific printer made small improvements which made for a more efficient and simpler printer. The new easier to use software for this printer makes the entire process of printing, scanning, copying or even faxing better than ever.

I purchased this for a non-profit organization that does a lot of printing and document creation. We switched from HP's ink jet all-in-one printers to this one. I couldn't be happier. I especially like the scan to computer feature and how well the auto-feed works.

Everything is great, except for the scanner. I was printing invitations for my baby shower and it couldn't pick up some of the lighter blue highlights. Other than that, great printer. Not sure about the value for the amount of money it costs, though.

Easy set-up. Have not yet had the chance to use it very much.

This is my second one of these printers so far! Bought one of these about 6 months ago and it works so well I decided to get one for my office too! Couldn't be happier!

Love this printer!! This is the second one like it we purchased. Not because the other one broke, but because during covid I needed a 2nd one in my house. This thing rocks. The cartridges are a bit pricey but last FOREVER!!!!

This was a great investment as we are all working for home via the pandemic. I am able to print with several different options. With no longer being able to strictly print in the office environment, this was and is a great investment.

Great copier, does everything that I need it to do. It has excellent copy quality. I like the toner cartridges even though they are more expensive because I don’t have worry about the ink jet cartridges being dried out anymore.

Where can I begin? It's easy to integrate into my system: It prints super-accurate images: It's so fast ...there aren't words... the copies print almost instantaneously! The Ink Cartridges are easy to change! I really can't say enough good things about this machine!
