This is a nice printer, easy to set up and easy to use.

This printer will not disappointed you, using HP printers for many years and never regret the purchase. Setting is scanner to network is a little bit confused but after a few minutes figure out. Copy setting look like inversed.

No issues with setup. Works so far as advertised!

Was difficult to install as the full driver installer stumbled on itself. This was a brand new computer. This should not have happened. Reran the installer and it did it again. Even though it said it did not install properly it did. Working fine all aspects

Printer is working as expected. Large footprint in the office can be a problem at times. Tooner is over priced for number of pages printed. Overall print quality is good as expect, not exceptional or great.

The feeder broke down after one year, but since I had an extended warranty, BestBuy (as always) simply exchanged it for another one. All I had to pay was the cost of another extended warranty, which I did gladly. BESTBUY ROCKS!

Love my printer. It does everything I want. I mistakenly disposed of the phone cord and had to purchase another to use the fax. It is giving me difficulty using 11x14 paper. Hopefully, eventually I will figure it out.

Great machine. Plugged it in at my small office with 5 pcs. Put in the wifi info, it was recognized right away on the network. Fast copies, fast scans, fax machine. Exactly what we needed.

The only thing I do not like about this machine is when you change out the cartridges, if you do not use name brand cartridges then you have to change out the tiny microchip on each color before it will print for you.

My old inkjet died and needed a replacement. This allowed me to upgrade to color laser without breaking the bank. Only drawback so far is the "starter" toners are truly that - and I've had to replace them already.

This printer is pretty good to have if you have a small business but I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 stars because it takes longer to scan than other printers and it only prints 2500 pages for the black ink. I had a printer that used to print 5000 pages for the same black cartridge .

superb product but unfortunately the touchscreen became difficult to read--fading out with lines. Geek squad could not fix so now I must return it and wait for it to be back in stock.

Set up was straight forward once I found the correct setup online. The only negative so far is that the FAX option is for an analog phone not a digital phone. I will have to get some kind of adaptor/converter to get the fax going. That should have been clearly stated and a converter supplied with the unit.

I just received rhis printer it replaced my old HP. It looked similar but faster and can hold another paper tray. I love this printer. Its worth the purchase.

Great Product. Had older model that developed back memory chip but the machine is a workhorse. Cartridges are expensive $800 for 4 plus for larger capacity ink cartridges. Functions a;ll work as advertised.

My computer lost connection to the printer a few weeks after purchase. HP spent an hour on the phone walking me through assigning the printer a new IP address and teaching my computer that address. Very helpful.

In spite of multiple attempts with geek squad and hp support and hp scan doctor, we still cannot scan directly to the computer from the machine. So we go into adobe dc and scan from there and it will not recognize legal size documents (yes we select legal). Also, we have consistent paper jams when printing regardless of feed source, paper size or paper type. All paper is new and within recommended specs. The #2 feed tray often doesn't recognize that it has paper and hardly ever recognizes when it has legal instead of letter. Worst purchase and support I have experienced in decades of business. Device is two weeks old and caused more headaches than any printer/scanner I have ever worked with.

It came faulty it would turn on and off by itself as if doing updates but there were no updates going on. Barely printed 100 pages with new toners . Not worth it for the price

I absolutely love this printer. The duplex scanning/copying makes everything so much faster. Scanning straight from the machine doesn't come out as clear as I would like so I just use the HP Scan Software.

I have installed two of these printers so far, both replacing their older M477 predecessor. I love the new control panel interface and I have not heard of one printer complaint yet.
