Excellent product

Its an upgrade from our current HP Officejet. The ink is expensive but I guess it comes with the territory.

Good - but the one we got was damaged

TERRIBLE PRINTER Wish I coud get my money back

I will have the settings on my laptop as "double-sided" and it doesn't double-side. this printer is NOT operator-friendly. I wish I could return it but its past the time-frame. Maybe its defected but I'm now stuck with it..DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

Overall the printer is as expected from being a HP product. Would highly recommend from a cost per page print value.

Printing is fast. The only dow side is the cost of toner cartridges. However, they do last for quite a while, longer than ink-jet cartridges.
