I purchased this model a few days ago from my local Best Buy. Initial setup and network install was incredibly easy and the test prints looked fantastic. Overall, this feels like a quality machine and it has the feature set I was looking for. The issue I have is with the scanner when using the scan to email or scan to network folder options (basically anything scanned or copied from the MFP itself). All scans are skewed/crooked by about 2/8” on the right hand side. This issue occurs whether using the ADF/automatic document feeder or the glass/platen. The issue was bad enough I exchanged the MFP the next day, only to find the replacement unit has the same exact issue. I contacted HP support about the issue - their solution is to use the “HP Scan” software on a computer along with the “Straighten” option activated to correct the issue. For the most part the software Straighten option does work - I found it was still just slightly off, however, this is a post processing software tweak vs. a hardware fix for a faulty product. Relying on a computer with the HP Scan software also defeats the purpose of utilizing the scan to email and scan to network options as the scans will always be skewed/crooked - it’s unacceptable for business documents. The only option I’m left with is to arrange an on-site tech visit to address the issue. While it’s great HP offers that level of warranty service, I don’t believe that should be necessary on a brand new machine. I will be returning it for a refund.

I am no computer genius, but can generally hold my own. This printer is areal challenge set up. Of course, only on -line manual and even then, instructions really not very clear. I have it working but I probably have not optimized the set up. You tube videos help. Why does it have to be so hard?????????

Great printer Duplex color multi-sheet scanner and even a digital fax. What more can you ask for in such a small form factor.

This printer is great! Easy to install and a wondefull addition to our home office.

this is a great tool the printing is quick and very clear it was a little hard to set up at first but then it went very smooth

Great if you have a home office (and who doesn’t now with Covid) and want to have more than the usual cheap home printer

I have only had this copier for about 3 weeks so far pretty good. But for some reason put a black line down center a couple times.

I really like this printer!!! It is perfect for my laser lables and it doesn't smudge at all. Its just what i needed

Have not used much but good. But not a fan of the required app. Be sure to look at requirements before you but. Also maybe my review does not take 50 characters, a little annoying.

Finally upgraded to a color lazer printer and not disapointed at all. A bit hard to set up but still love it!

Great color printer. Incredible color prints. Wish the replacement cartridges were more reasonably priced but quality is there.

Just what I needed and Bestbuy had it in stock rather than a wait 2 days for Amazon to deliver. They also price matched.

I've gone through MANY regular printer that just couldn't keep up my printing needs. This one looks as though it will be with me for a while.

This printer is very fast and high quality. Except color depth and quality as well. Double sided scanner is a nice touch
