I upgraded to this printer from an older HP All-In-One Ink Jet Printer. I wish I would have upgraded years ago! The print quality is great, scanning is simple, the printer was easy to connect to my home network and shared across all of my families devices. I was concerned about print speed being a color laser jet and it's just as fast, if not faster than my ink jet printer. Toner is expensive but will hopefully last a long time.

Upgraded to this printer from another one. This one’s features are much better.

Setup was reasonably easy and print quality is excellent. Prints wirelessly from my computer or phone.

This is hands down the best printer we have ever owned!

I’ve been looking to upgrade to color laser for years. It took our 3 high school and college kids needs and work from home during COVID to be the tipping point for us to take the plunge and make the purchase. No regrets! Love the speed and ease of use but most of all- fantastic print quality... just be prepared to pay the pound of flesh for the extra capacity toner cartridges.... ouch.

Fast, quiet. Easy to instal. You can print from phone, remote laptop or computer.

Went through 2 other printers only find they don’t hook up to Wi-Fi easily or they paper jam. Bought those elsewhere. Have had this one a month and everything is working perfectly. Print clarity is great and no paper jams. It’s more than I wanted to spend but it beats dealing with the other headaches!

It was an easy and quick setup. It is very fast with print jobs and printing on both sides of paper is great for saving on paper use. The scans are great quality. I have not had any problems with paper jams. All devices can print to this via the wireless network. Very pleased with this and the high quality prints vs. the ink jet that I replaced and I was happy with that.

The LaserjetPro M479fdw is a good printer for the home office. Setup out of the box was very straightforward, especially for those who don't read the instructions. I managed to get it up and running to print very quickly and without issues. Print quality thus far is good. It's still too early to tell whether there are other potential issues, but at least the out of box experience was good.

First of all customer service was great! Secondly, this is a great printer/fax/copier/scanner. Quality and speed are both high. This is a good size for our home office and we are very pleased with its performance. I thoroughly researched available color laser printers and this turned out to be the best value and most highly recommended.
