First of all customer service was great! Secondly, this is a great printer/fax/copier/scanner. Quality and speed are both high. This is a good size for our home office and we are very pleased with its performance. I thoroughly researched available color laser printers and this turned out to be the best value and most highly recommended.

Upgraded from a old b&w printer. Have been using for a year now. Fast and great quality color print. Wireless and air print works great. Scan to email is a bit hactic to setup but once it is setup it is great. I made an account outlook.com to setup an account for smtp. HP toners are quite expensive.

I'm glad I made the investment into purchasing this printer. Unlike any printer I've used in the past, this one's reliable and intuitive. That's all that a printer/copier/scanner needs to be. It's been seamless to use from all my devices and the replacement toner cartridges are easy to find and last for awhile.

Replaced my HP M521 monochrome laser with this. Prints with excellent quality and speed. Also very easy to set up. Price is a bit steep compared to the specs of some other lower priced HPs but I had $200 in rewards points so figured Id go for the better features. So far, it's been great. Just hope it ends up being the workhorse that the 521 was

Awesome printer. The wife wanted a new printer that could do color, i wanted a printer that could scan directly to email, so we got this one! It’s great quality, super fast, and easy to use. It also supports AirPrint, which is a must for us since we exclusively use ipads and iPhones in our house (no computers except for work).

Very nice printer. It’s quieter than our old inkjet. Prints great. Scans double sided. Holds a decent amount of paper. For downsides: it’s pricey and when it comes time to replace the 4 toner cartridges, it will cost almost as much as the printer. They may last us five years though. We like it, a lot!

I have an HP color laserjet at work so that's what I wanted at home. Great printer. Good quality colors. This does everything well (and quickly)--scanning, copying, printing. I do wish this 2 paper trays though. And the printer tray is kind of small compared to the one I have at work. But I set it up fairly quickly and it works beautifully. Love HP!

This is a fantastic overall printer for a small/medium business. It was very easy to take out of the box and get working on multiple computers. The touch screen is simple to use and this particular model has all of the features that we need! Highly recommended

I needed a printer when I started working from home. I have no complaints about it. The setup was easy for a printer, and I haven't had any issues with it. My favorite part of the printer is being able to print directly from my phone to the printer. I haven't had any issues with the wifi connection which was a concern I had before purchasing it.

Very easy set up to our small office network. Was up and running within one hour of unpacking the printer. Put it through the initial test with printing over 4 reams of paper before buying new toner cartridges. The standard toner cartridges are not cheap at over $100 each, so keep that in mind. Printer is fast and has handled all of our printing jobs so far!

I’m not the type of person that needs to print a ton of documents every week. I honestly have only a need to print every once in a while. Prior to getting this I exclusively used ink jet printers over the years. I’ve used both HP and Epson and they worked fine as long as you used them consistently. I’ve had to buy a new printer just because the heads got clogged to a point that the prints were embarrassing to say the least. This printer offered everything I wanted duplex print and scan and the ability to print color documents. Plus time doesn’t really effect the quality of the prints. I’m thrilled that I don’t have to do two cleaning cycles just to print a coupon or recipe. Plus the AirPrint feature works with no problems. I know that toner will cost a small fortune when I need to replace it but since I’m not wasting ink/toner on cleaning cycles that should be a much more rare event in the distant future. Glad I finally got a full feature laser printer.

I like this multi-function printer very much. A unit was a little pricy and ink is very expensive. Good, fast scanner. This printer replaced two different printers I had that did all of the functions that this all-in-one printer does. So far so good. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the printer was to set up. I was printing wirelessly right away and have not had any connection problems so far.
