I have obtained this printer after trying three other inkjet printers.Finally I made the right decision. This is fast when printing and scanning, cost less and portable, compared to many other medium size for home printers. I would recommend anyone who want printers for home or for small size office to considers buying this product. I like it.

The machine itself works great. But there seems to be intermittent problems with connection. Originally I used wifi with occasional problems connecting. So I opted to use a line connection. But even with the line connection there are times I can't connect. Perhaps it has something to with updates that my computer receives or the drivers that HP installs. It would be a five stars, if not for the connection problem.

This HP printer is the 5th or 6th HP laser printer i owned. It is perform very well. My problem is with Best Buy. I bought it online before Christmas. The pickup date was Dec 27, which is fine with me. But it was not available until Jan 11th. When I pick up this unit, the Best Buy worker was VERY, VERY, VERY COLD. They just tossed the unit in my shopping cart and said NOTHING.

Its been a good printer hooked up directly to a desktop however when trying to use the wifi to print something from a phone has been frustrating at times. Somedays it prints fine and other days as soon as you are about to print it goes into sleep mode and then you have to reconnect.

Scanner makes noise when paper its moving through scan.

We've only had this one a short time. So far it is working as expected. The only negative is the size of the numbers on the screen if you are faxing. They are really small.

I like HP as a Brand but i was disappointed by my purchase this go round. Printer prints slow and loud. Quality of printer is not what I expected. I would only recommend for small projects.
