    The staff were absolutely amazing. The glass on my scanner/printer shattered and they returned it with a replacement. I was hoping to exchange onsite but the printer was not in stock. It was ordered and I was told it would be delivered in 48 hours. To my absolute shock it showed up less then 24 hours later. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, professionalism, politeness and how quickly I received my replacement. I 100% recommend you shop here!!

    6 days short of warranty expiration and the printer gets stuck in a loop on startup and will not function. Multiple attempts at power cycling/resetting to no avail. I would NOT go with this printer again. It replaced an old HP color laser jet that lasted 15 years. This one lasted a whopping 2 months before it stopped working ... sad, sad days.

    The printer itself is very good, but sometimes it freezes on me and I don't know what is the reason. It tells me no paper, but the second tray has paper. For me, the first tray paper feed is useless. I have the one year older model and prefer that. I thought this would be just like it, but not as good as the older version. i really want to like this printer.
