    Good quality and durable but has compatibility issue with so many notebooks like dell and mac book. Drivers and provided online software cannot be installed and poor customer service.

    Overall good however difficult to navigate when you have a half piece of paper to print a mailing label on it. Also, when you scan a document, maybe because I'm not tech savvy I don't know how to get to the scanned document.

    Good but except try to scan from printer select computer asking to install software even though installed couple of times. But able to scan fro HP SMART

    Good quality printing, but my older color laser printer printed better quality. Solid and well built. Software is a bit buggy with Windows 11. Scanner is noisy when scanning. Beware the toner cartridges are about $90 each.
