Great machine! Does everything needed for my Business? The only negative episode was the Black ink going dry after only 150 pages.

Ease of use from the start. I am used to ink jets and this far exceeds what I was expecting.

Printer works great, however scanner is not duplex. You need to manually feed the other side to get both sides scanned, so scanning multi page documents will be a nightmare.

OMG!!! she was working really well until you had to change the cartridges-- DO NOT BUY! do not buy this without looking at how to change the cartridges that are now on the market for $329.00. I made the mistake to buy cartridges on sale for this printer for under $100 and I am about to throw the printer out the window, but i know this is not a good idea. I am extremely unhappy that i cannot just change out the cartridges. She was good until she wasn't.. DO NOT BUY THIS.

This printer creates high quality documents with excellent color resolution.

Breaks down everyday called custoemr service more tha 20 times within last 3 months. Horrible service and quality.

Prints great quality. But printed 91 sheets, and already needs ink. Ink is $500 too print under 100 sheets. BEWARE.

paid $200.00 for geek squard, wouldn't work, had to UTube to make it print both sides, keeps loosing w-fy

I purchased this less than a year ago since I have had to replace the toner four times...my last purchase from OfficeMax was $385 plus for toner AND yes I tried to use off brand of toner. The first time the off brand at $139 (more reasonably priced) worked. The second time I purchased the less expensive toner. I found that I was SOL because HP has decided to put chips on their toner and if you don't use thier toner you will be locked out of your printer...truth being told here. If you want us to use only your toner HP then make it affordable. You guys do the math for yourselves. I am done with mine. It works just fine but the at the price of their toner it is just not worth it to me.

Nice printer. Second paper tray only feeds 1 special paper at a time.

Not terribly impressed with this printed. It is hit or miss with whether or not it will copy or scan. It will draw in paper through the top feeder then freeze and you have to cancel the job and try again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. I wish this printed were more like the older model I had. I never ever had issues with my previous HP printed. I think next time I will go with a different brand.

I like the printer, I wish Salesperson had talked to me about all the features. Especially DPI.

Great addition to the house, like the quality of this printer.

The device is impossible to use; I constantly have to restart it just to print a document. I was never able to set up the wireless connection. I frequently have to reinstall the drivers because the device stops scanning or printing altogether. It ruins sheets of paper by printing error codes on them.
