The device is impossible to use; I constantly have to restart it just to print a document. I was never able to set up the wireless connection. I frequently have to reinstall the drivers because the device stops scanning or printing altogether. It ruins sheets of paper by printing error codes on them.

This printer comes with low volume cartridges that run out VERY quickly, and cannot use a cartridges other than HP. Iy has digital security for cartridges and there is no method for bypassing it, so expect to buy $400 in HP cartridges very soon after purchase. I'm also very disappointed that Best Buy didn't see fit to include that tidbit in their product description. If I'd known, I never would have purchased this model. I guess it's back to Amazon for all future purchases.

While this is a good printer I was VERY disappointed to find that it did not come with the toner--even though the Best Buy web site said that it did! False advertising. Shame on you, Best Buy.

Once I received help from a certified technician it was easy. HP.s technician wanted $900.00

good value. Has worked well, although I have only operated it for less than one month.

Flashy printer but does not work properly from day 1. Had printer for 30 days and every day it stops printing mid job and requires a shut down and reboot. Contacted HP support and they cannot help fix the issue, telling me to call BB for help. Best Buy will not help, telling me that my warranty is with HP and I am outside my return period.

Plugged it in and began the step by step instructions but it said Driver Error immediately and would not print anything. I paid for the Geek Squad warranty so I called them letting them know the issue and they told me it would cost $150 bucks to fix. I said I literally bought it and brand new today and they said return it then. So I did, I do not recommend this product or paying for the extra geek squad thing.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I purchased one, but I am unhappy because I can not find the toner that is chipped from other companies. Requires you to replace chip yourself, and the process is not easy.

Excellent office machine, Beautiful and sharp images

DO NOT BUY. I bought this printer August 27th and by the end of October it was no longer printing label sheets. It kept eating the label paper but prints regular paper fine. Called HP service - it is the printer, they ran tests, I wasted more printer paper for them to tell me my only option is for them to send me a REFURBISHED printer and I have to send my printer back within 15 days. So this $500 printer I paid for is a lemon and I now have to be satisfied with a refurbished one that I could have purchased for half the price.

This is by far the worst printer I have ever owned. It has never lasted more than a day on my Windows 11 computer when it would go offline and would not print. Every time I called HP support it would take hours and the problem would immediately return. Best Buy has been of absolutely no help in any way, and will not even grant me the decency of exchanging this on a more expensive printer that actually works. LET'S SEE IF I WIN THE $400 FOR WRITING THIS TRUTHFUL REVIEW!!!!!

I was told it was a FAX and it is not. The black ink was gone in 15 days. The printer automatically defaults to full color and you have to change it every time. Making a very loud noise after printing the paper? not even a month old?

Was very difficult to set up wireless. When finally got it set, it stopped working shortly after. A few hours later I plugged it into the laptop via USB.

It’s decent, however it’s slow to scan. The lack of two siding scanning is a pain.

Instructions are skimpy, it is made with super light, thin material which suggests it will not hold up well
