This is a great laserjet printer with a relatively small footprint. Very easy to set up and print wirelessly. Print quality is excellent

I think this HP printer is going to do what we need it to do. Within the first week of buying, it produced about 250 double sided color prints without issue. It seems to print darker/heavier than the printer it replaced, so we're not sure how cost effective it is going to be for toner use. Setup was pretty seamless, but it's never connect to the "cloud" for remote printing use. This is a nice feature, but not one we "need", so it may or may not get resolved. There was some confusion about which HP App is needed to review usage stats and trouble shoot issues. HP Smart has never recognized the printer, despite having factory reset and reinstalled. This is likely why it is not connecting to the cloud based applications. It was also suggested in some article that the HP Smart App is being discontinued so that added to the confusion. Overall this printer functions well, but its cost effectiveness is yet to be determined. If you can get it on sale it's likely worth the price.

An excellent printer. Easy set up, prints fast and produces clear scans. One downside is that it’s a little heavy, but that’s a pin drop compared to its functionality.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. Beautiful color prints and everything you need. Highly recommend getting replacement laser ink cartridges from Amazon. They are less than a 3rd the price and work perfect

Setup could have been more intuitive. Linking the printer to the iPhone software AP was eventually successful, but I don’t quite know how it happened. Printer output is excellent. Scanning is acceptable at, I believe it is, 200 dpi. I would prefer more resolution but we do have a stand alone scanner that has much better resolution that I can always dig out and use when necessary. Printer works fine on wifi and air print with Apple devices. All in all to be rated 5 stars it would need more scanning resolution and better setup for iPhone AP. Everything else was fine.

I bought this to replace my personal printer at home. The printer is quiet, fast and print very well. The scanner works perfectly and has lotta options. If you were looking for a printer for your office, this would be a great printer.

Love the printer. It does all that I need it to do. It produces quality black and white as well as color prints. It doesn't take up too much space either.

Great printer. Easy to set up but it is heavy so may need 2 people to get it out of the box. We had it set up in about 10 minutes.

Very pleased with the output and the size of the printer. With the wireless component set up was very fast.

This printer performs very efficiently for this size and class of printer. I have had some minor difficulties during set up and I was completely unable to set up the Fax function due to a recurring software error. However toner longevity to print output is very good, and this is what is most important to me. All factors taken into consideration , like ease of interface, layout of the machine and overall cost effectiveness makes it a good buy in the long term for a small business or for someone who has kids in school and constantly needs to have printing and scanning capability for both black / white prints and color. I would buy this product again.

Quick to print with excellent quality. Very quiet operation.

We replaced an older all in one hp injet and a very old HP color laserjet with this one printer. The print quality is good, no issues with that. It makes copies easily. The only issue I had was setting up the scan to email. This was very difficult and I had to get HP to do it. I'm tech savy and couldn't believe I couldn't do it. The first rep hung up after one hour and he had issues too. The second rep was able to get it set up. I watched what she did and made notes incase I needed for the future. I'm glad I did because a software/firmware update wiped out all the settings and I had to redo it all. The scan to email process has too many steps compared to the old one. If I didn't need color, I would have just kept the old all in one for scanning.

Ordered the printer on line and picked up at the store less than 2 months ago. set it up the same night and test it and sure it is fast. Prints 25 pages in 1 minute.The printer is nice but heavy. Within less than 2 moths of not printing a lot, "K or BLACK" toner is already low and showing warning. Checked on store for purchase. I would recommend to get a larger toner to use longer.

It prints and doesn't dry out, pretty compact and can be connected to anywhere on a network. Scanner is nice but auto resizes white spaces unless you manually change it. Don't forget to change the settings.

East to set up, good quality copy and print, Scan works perfect. A little noisy.
