    I purchased this product in March 2025. There is a vertical line that has developed on every scan. I have the blanket warranty for my home with Best Buy. I have had Total Tech, etc. Best Buy will not help me because I am within one year of purchase.... Goodluck trying to get help from HP... Just a lot of bots refusing to get any done... Horrible Service and Purchase... Long Time Best Buy Total Tech, Elite, .... etc...

    HP printers are the best! This one is an upgrade from the one I had for 20 years that worked like a champ. Now with copy, scan and bluetooth abilities. I'm very pleased and confident that this printer is everything anyone would need for personal or in home business use. Very durable and economical. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

    Works well. Replacement of similar model I had. Printers should last much longer than they do! This serves the purpose. Not happy that the salesman sold me a cartridge I did not need. One was already we with it.

    I wanted a high speed color printer and when i got my package I noticed it was black N white not color. Highly disappointed. Due to time period i wasn't allowed to return it.
