On Day 2, the control panel on the printer began displaying an error code. None of the suggested HP fixes have corrected the issue. It's basically an expensive paperweight at this point. It will be going back to Best Buy after the holidays.

I contacted HO the techs were extremely nice. They couldn’t find anything on this printer. Two hours later they did what they could. Suggested I return this printer and purchase another one. Which is what I’m going to do.

We had a top loading HP printer that was less than a year cause all kinds of problems-- couldn't connect, print, etc. In frustration, two WEEKS ago we bought a brand new HP Laser jet printer. The HP rep that happenef to be in the store said the top loading printers are NOT RELIABLE. In good faith, we took his advice and bought the laser jet. We used it twice and it has STOPPED WORKING!!! My husband was on the phone for 2 HOURS with HP tech support in India!! The printer will NOT PRINT!! I have a presentation tomorrow and had to go to Staples to print my materials!! So upset. All I need is a RELIABLE printer! HP has gone downhill. My first Master's degree, I had a nice HP printer that served me well. HP no longer produces reliable printers. We are returning this one!! So, so disappointed. If I could give it "0" stars, I definitely would. BEWARE.

Wont scan from feeder or to email

Last printer i boutght incould click scan, type in email, and off it went. This ome you need to be am IT network administrator to set up.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw Wireless printer is a one stop shop when it comes to all your printing and scanning needs. Out of the box, the printer comes ready to go. Included in the box is the typical HP Instructions, power cord and HP was kind enough to include a USB cable. Nice touch indeed. Once the printer is out of the box, you will definitely notice its got some heft to it. Setting up the printer is a pretty straightforward process. Power on the printer and it will walk you through the configuration steps on the mini lcd screen in front of the printer. The printer has several ways to connect to your devices. Whether you choose to connect wirelessly, hardwire with a network cable or use the included USB cable, its entirely up to you. One caveat that was found during setup is trying to get the printer installed on Windows 11. Make sure to install the Universal drivers and not the full software suite. After several attempts to get the full software suite installed failed, the simple solution was to install the universal drivers to print. The print quality of the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw is on par with most of the business copiers out there. Its like having that Toshiba Studio Copier at home with less of a footprint.
