Unfortunately, mine was randomly going offline and unable to print or scan. I updated the firmware but it actually got worse. When I called HP, it turned out the factory warranty started almost a year before I bought it. Not sure how that's even possible. In the end, returning it was the easiest way to move forward...

Once we installed the dedicated scanner driver everything worked perfectly!

Their server is always down and my printer doesnt function unless their server is up.

Well here is what I got and how I feel about it. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Good: price is perfect for my price range and printing needs high volume duty cycle that exceeds my monthly needs crisp and clear prints with sharp resolution prints (over my wifi) extremely fast (like seconds) does 2 sided prints easy to setup and get going in a hurry scans are high resolution and look fantastic. packing was great with no cause for concern when shipped. The Bad: required me to setup a HP account to just finish my installation. I really don't want HP using my internet connection for getting data off my printer. kind of loud when printing 2 sided prints. keeps going into sleep mode (1 hour max) and I have to wake it up to get printer to start printing, ink is a little expensive for the amount of prints you get from each cartridge. The Ugly: touch display is not adjustable like other models. So if it is not at "table" height, then you might have to get on your tiptoes to see what the screen says. some menu items are hard to find or will not appear unless you back all the way out and start from the beginning. So all in all I am really happy with the printer and am so glad I got it. It will save me time not have to wait for prints and money by making prints 2 sided. I love the duty cycle as it will enable me to share my printer in the home/office (you can print remotely as well) so speed up my productivity. I would recommend this to anyone with home office or someone that needs alot of printing monthly that is not big office related,
