Have been dealing with Epson Ink cartridges forever. I bought this laser printer and absolutely love it. So nice not running out of one color cartridge. Would highly recommend this printer.

Nice and compact as a printer. Diverse applications possible, but it's slow and uses a lot of ink.

It does not have multi-paper auto scanning, but for an inexpensive HP color laser, it does its job.

Had this connected via USB and it kept disconnecting from the PC. I returned it and bought a better one.

Worked great until I did a firmware update...then the printer refused to use my non-HP toner. From what I've read this was deliberate.

Horrible printer. All photos and graphics are nearly black. No color tones at all. I don't want my greens, blues, and burgundys to be printed as black. I want them green, blue, and burgundy.

Excellent color printer, copier and scanner. I am not tech savvy and this is very easy to set up. Just go to the website per the directions and the printer basically sets itself up. I have a Mac Book Pro and this was very easy to use on my WiFi. It took less that 30 minutes including unpacking the box. Power button is blinking white and should be constant green if I had one suggestion to make it better.

You have to turn it off and on every time you want to print. This takes a lot of time and makes me regret buying a machine that is so defective. My old printer just printed with one click, miss those days. Now I am stuck with this machine that is so hard not to just throw into the street. It prints fine as long as you have the time to troubleshoot each time you go to print.

After reading the other reviews, I wish I would have returned it immediately, as it appears that I had purchased a defective unit. Trying to save money on ink, I bought this laser printer in November 2108. From start up, I've had nothing but problems with this thing. The written setup instructions are fragmented, incomplete, and conflict with online setup instructions. The printer would not communicate with my computer by USB, Ethernet, or wifi. After 12 unsuccessful and frustrating hours going in circles with the setup, I resorted to technical support for help. Let me say this, it wasn't easy for them either, taking about 2 1/2 hours. Once I got the printer operating, I still had issues with it. It would jump offline and I would have to constantly turn it on and off to get it to function properly. After 8 months of this, I've had enough. Did some research: HP only offers a 1 year limited warranty and has many refurbished units on the market. First and last HP device I'll ever own. Going back to Cannon Printers. I'm donating this piece of junk to Goodwill.

I purchased this printer for home office work. After receiving the printer I started the installation process, and, after 4 very frustrating hours I had to give up for the day, without being able to install it. The following day I contacted the IT department of my company, and they spent exactly 3:42 h trying to install it, and also without success. I don't have any "special situation" at home. I'm returning it. For some reason my computer cannot communicate with the printer.
