This printer was the perfect solution for what I was looking for. The price for a color laser printer can’t be beat and the prints come out awesome. I don’t need to print a lot but it so nice to know that when I go to use it the ink won’t be dried up like was happening with my inkjet printer. I use HP lasers at work and have always been impressed with their quality.

I love it! It is quiet and efficient. It is easy to print wirelessly from any mobile device I own. This product is compact and fits easily in my workspace, where my previous printer was, no space displacement! Set up was easy and this printer investment was one of the best and smartest I’ve made. Although the automatic 2 sided feature is not available as with the m477dfw, it can still easily be done with little effort!

I needed a new printer and chose to switch to laser. This printer serves the purpose well. It prints clean and crisp copies of text and graphic images. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it is not an auto duplex printer. It is an inconvenience when printing a sizeable document (10+ pages). Clearly a "productivity design flaw" not to include an auto duplex for two sided printing. Aside from that, it has everything I need.

Responds and prints fast. You don't have wait when printing multiple copy's. The ink jet HP's I've owned in the past seems to have a long delay between printed copy's. I haven't had this printer very long so that's why only 4 stars. Durability will be the deciding factor, my ink jets only lasted 2-3 years some even less. Also so far it looks like I will save some money on ink. I should have bought a laser jet a long time ago.

I bought this all in one to back up my large professional printer from Sharp when it went down. I ended up cancelling my lease since this little work horse took up less room, has the same functions and was WAY less costly than my Sharp. I am a realtor so I really put printers through the paces and so far this one has been keeping up with me/ Love it.

Great quality prints and seems to be a big improvement over ink jet printer. The cost factor appears to be a big plus over ink jet. Only draw back is double-sided copying.
