This is my second HP printer. First one lasted over 20 years & it was just time for a new one. Excellent print quality in all aspects. Colors are great. The copy & scan features are easy to use & fast. Haven’t had any jams at all & I use it almost daily.

You get it all from HP for this printer.....Copier, scanner, fax, and printer (both on network and wireless). Great deals so the price really makes this all-in-one MFP a great investment. We have 2 of them so I highly recommend them.

I have had a lot of printers over the years. Some cheap, some very expensive. This is by FAR the best printer I have ever had and the print quality is excellent. The toner cartridges seem to last forever. I LOVE THIS LASER PRINTER.

Works well with my system set up. No complaints to date.

This printer is really worth for home and office use , makes your corner multifunctional by print , scan with advanced features like over the Internet and print through mail from any location . Scan is right to your mail , really good quality .

Upgrade from an ink jet to this laser & it works wonderfully. The only thing we haven't quite figured out is the fax connection but I suspect it is a user issue rather than an equipment issue. I would recommend this to anyone whether in a business or home setting.

After looking at several different copier/scanners I went with this one because of the value.

I went through for DeskJet printers and finally realized it was smarter to go with a laser printer. For what I need to print, it’s fast and it looks really good as well. The desk jet printers that I had before we’re slow, and ate up way too much ink!

Pictures come out great on regular paper easy to set up and work. Only draw back is it sometimes loses connection to my wifi so my AirPrint won't work occasionally til I restart my router. May be an in home issue so I bought a wifi over power adaptor and it has been perfect since. Love it

I went to Best Buy to buy new toners for my 8 months old hp color laser printer and just discovered that was cheaper to buy a new one that was on sale! And it was readly available! The toner would take 2 days. And is faster than the one I had.

So far I am loving this printer. I am hoping it will last a long time. My last printer only lasted about 2 years and then the printer head went bad. Decided to go with laser printer since they are more cost effective in the long run. This printer gets an A+ so far...

This is by far the best printer I've ever used period. I was tired of my inkjets ink drying out and which pros ever claimed ink jet color is better than laser r simply , u have no idea how good this color printer is . A bit high on$$$ but totally worth it

The HP Laserjet Pro MFP 477fnw color printer is a nice printer for the price. It prints great pictures and documents. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because the ink/toner is so ridiculous expensive. I should have done some more research.

I have been looking for a duplexing Color Laser printer for some time and decided on this printer. I have yet to get it to print automatically duplexing. The print quality has been good, but the warm-up time is quite lengthy.

Very easy to set up. Wifi connection supports both wireless or wired Have set up as a default printer with my MacBook. No option to select if you want to print in gray scale only. It always prints in color.So unable to print color content in gray scale /black-white.

Easy to set up, with drivers downloaded from HP. Very quick to warm up and ready to go faster than any other laser printer I've used. Stock ink supply is generous! I just don't have to worry about it - prints, scans, and copies with no effort!

This HP machine is excellent and does everything we expected it to do.

I am still on the fence with this product. I am having difficulty with the wireless printing feature. It prints fast and beautifully. However, I think I might need to get a cord to simply plug into my lap top and the printer when wanting to print from my compture.
