Like this new printer with one exception, wish it could be turned on from different rooms . I make several trips a day turning it back on. If I missed a setting, please inform me. It makes very clear copies, and printing is always a breeze after getting it warmed up.

Perfect size with every function I need. Very happy with the purchase!

Setup was painless. Only challenge is scanning from the printer (directly, from the panel) to the network folder. I can scan fine from my computer to the network folder. I just need to take the time to figure it out. Love the printer tho.

Setup and installation on my wireless network was very simple and actual operational use to date using a Dell M6600 laptop, a USB thumb drive, and all functions so far less the FAX function, has been flawless. Looks like a really great deal!!!

This HP printer is perfect for a small business. it has all of the features needed in a small business application. The quality of print is excellent and the printer is very fast. The ease of inserting paper and the ease of inserting toner cartridges is excellent.

It was time for me to replace my laser printer from 2004. I'm impressed with what this baby can do compared to the old one. Yes, it was also an Hp laser printer, which is why I love them. They last a very long time.

All things work as advertised. It is easy to set up and use. The only challenge we have with this machine is in the trouble printing checks when one or two of the three on the page have been removed. This tends to jam the printer requiring sensitive personal intervention

I am very pleased that the sales person, at Best Buy - Southaven, took the time to compare this printer to other color laser jet printers. I think that we chose the best among the options. The printer has definitely performed pleasingly.

The HP - LaserJet Pro MFP m477fnw Color All-In-One Printer is a remarkable printer for doing what I need for my job. The print quality is vivid and the speed is quick. Each day I am continuing to learn about the many helpful features.

I've had this printer for almost a year and I haven't had any problems with it. The toner is reasonable and seems to last a good while. My complaints are that it is ginormous, the print quality is not the best I've seen, and it only prints single sided.

Tgis multi use machine is very useful in my everyday operations.

Having used ink jet printers for the last five years, to switch to this laser printer created a fair amount of apprehension. The install was simple and the results of this product were terrific. We really enjoy the speed of production.

I would give this printer 5 starts except for the fact that it won't connect to any scan to network folder I create. Other than that, it's fast, very clean, and quiet. So far so good. Now if HP could only fix that scan to network folder issue...

We use the printer for three computers.it gives clear fairly quick prints. However settings change without us doing anything. Suddenly we get multiple copies or are missing a page. Also the paper tray holds less than our last printer

It is nice to have the scanner and the printer in one place rather than two.

Great printer. Works hard under heavy use and just keeps going.
