WE HAVE THREE OTHER PRINTERS THAT DIDN'T QUITE FIT THE NEEDS OF MY WIVES BUSINESS. SO WE PURCHASED THIS ONE ONE AND IT TAKES CARE OF EVERY JOB THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. WE'RE VERY GLAD TO HAVE THIS PRODUCT.

Hp makes a pretty good all in one printer. I had the previous printer of this same model. It lasted 6 years or so. Had this one for a little over a year. About 5 months in any time I printed in color it would leave colored streaks on the paper (still using the ink that came with printer). Ink is very expensive so I’ve decided it’s cheaper just to replace the whole printer. As long as it’s on sale for the $365. I’ve fried the aftermarket print cartridges and it’s just not worth it!!!!

One my clients needed a high quality color laser printer and also wanted the all-in-one features of coping/scanning/faxing. This printer is the perfect fit and saves money on toner in the long run vs using an inkjet printer.

This is a great printer for the price. The quality is fantastic and it prints quickly. We’ve had for awhile now and print a lot and have yet to have to change cartridges. Very happy with this selection.

This is my second one, the first one developed a problem while printing, it would drop a faint dot on the page about 6x down each page. I update all HP drivers and MS drivers and it did not fix it. I bought the Geek Squad warranty and returned it to the store almost one year later and had no problem. The Geek squad gave me the same new model in the box and I purchased the extended warranty again. It was worth it and this one works perfect. I would recommend a Geek Squad warranty when spending for a pricey printer. 3 stars for the first printer but 5 stars for the Geek Squad Warranty and second HP printer.

bought this for my wife's office... the old one we had finally died.. This particular all-in-one was easy to hookup and install. For the price we paid, it was well worth it. Mind you it was purchased during a sale...

love this printer easy to set and use. I had a problem with my WiFi that required me to call HP. The tech fix my WiFi and finished installing my printer to boot! All seems fine. I have not scanned yet. But loving this printer.

With this printer I am able to print from my phone in any room or if need be I have an old computer and we can hook up the cable to it and print with no problem. The quality of print is spot on.

Best Buy convinced me to buy this HP laser printer over Canon's printer. I had the canon printer and the ink got exploded so I returned it and they told me that HP was the better printer and they were RIGHT.

We lover this printer and use it every day. In addition to being a great printer it makes crystal clear color copies and is a fax machine. (Remember those?)

I bought this printer for my office as we use these through my job. They print and scan great. The only thing for some reason mine seems to make a weird noise at times. Should of bought the warranty.

This printer has exceeded our expectations. Wish we had switched to a laser jet printer a long time ago. Very easy to hook onto our wireless and prints nice and fast. Hope the cartridges last a while- time will tell.

This printer was purchased for our family's small business. We needed a printer that could print high quality receipts very fast, as well as fax and make copies. This printer has everything we needed and then some.

Working remotely, I needed a printer that could do everything that I could do in the office. This was a simple printer to set up and connect to my internet, with print scan and fax capabilities.

My Husband loves this Printer so far, and has no complaints with our recent purchase. He loves how quickly it prints, especially when he is printing full ink pages such as images or maps.

Has everything I need for my home use. I have always had HP inkjet printers but was tired of ink clog! Very happy with speed and quality of print. Have also scanned and faxed. Overall, I am pleased with printer.

Have been using it for over a year and it works great. The color is terrific and it prints quickly. Fax, copy and scan all work great. Very happy with it.

Got an excellent deal, was easy to set up, prints super fast. Crisp, clean but a little confusing setting up faxing other than that really happy with my purchase no problems meshing with Windows 10.

I hesitated for a couple of years before purchasing a color laser printer, but my fears vanished when I saw the HP 477 in the store. Easy to setup, makes great copies and easy to use.
