This printer is great! I have printed and made copies with no issues at all. I would say the only draw back is that it's on the larger side.

I was in desperate need of a home office printer that would give me the capability to print all the things ALL the time! This is seamless.

We purchased this HP Color Laser Jet Pro printer when I had to set up an office in my home, and needed the full functions of copying, scanning and faxing. I also wanted to be able to duplex copy to save paper. While duplexing is a partially manual function on this model printer, it is easy to do. I am not a "tech" person and was wary of setting it up myself - but we found it was easy to do and instructions were very good. I am very happy with the printer, and it was a very good value for the price we paid at Best Buy (on sale).

Seamless wireless connection. Good and reliable HP Quality. Easy to set up and use. Love all the functions that it came with the machine.

I bought this to replace a business class color laser that was on its last legs as my daughter was getting married and we had to print a lot of things and budget was tight. Prints well my only complaint it the touch screen is not very good. It's small for my large fingers and doesn't always respond to a push on an icon. If that doesn't bother you it prints fine for a budget color laser.

I like the print quality. Not happy with cost of ink -- could buy another printer cheaper than the cost of new ink cartridges, but what other options are there?

The HP MFP m477fnw All-IN-One Printer doesn't make my coffee, but it does Copy, Print, FAX and Scan fast and reliably.

This is a great all in one printer that was easy to set up and is easy to use. I especially love the wireless capabilities. I highly recommend this product.

I have had my printer 2 months. I generally print 400 (b&w) pages weekly without any issue. The scanner scan quality is average.

This unit is like some of the ones I used to have a work. Heavy, prints well, and with pretty decent software supporting it.

Haven't had the printer too long, but so far it works like a charm and has exceeded my expectations. The single feed two sided scanning was an unexpected bonus since I thought I would have to scan each side separately. Set up was super simple. This will be the 2nd HP printer I've owned and if it works as good as the B&W HP LaserJet 6L it's replacing I'll be extremely pleased. Been using that one for years and always reliable. Primary reason for the upgrade is the parallel port connection required for the old printer.

I love my new HP printer and it's performance is true to the HP brand. Great quality, the prints are awesome and the speed is great.

Printer works great. Easy to set up and easy to use. HP printer cartridges are quite expensive but last a long time.
