Office use-WiFi trouble

The only problem is the inconsistent WiFi printing. When it comes to printing from our phones and laptops, it just doesn’t do it seemlessly as the model before it. I have to keep hooking the usb cord up to it instead of wirelessly printing. I’m Disappointed!
