Good printer. Takes a little to get used to all the features. Have had no problems with it, but I use it as a printer and scanner and copier only. Do not use the wireless feature, but could be convenient in the future possibly.

Love this printer. My office bought one so I knew that it could handle my light duty at home. The bang for buck that is offered by HP and pricing by BestBuy is great. The fact that the toner for this model is on point. It's way cheaper overall then regular ink, which is way over priced.

This is a great little office color all in one printer. Setup is easy and it prints with great accuracy. Haven't used it wirelessly but everything else works great. If I had one caveat it would be how expense the ink is, but the yield impressive, plus there are always aftermarket options.

Overall this is a good HP color laser printer. Well suited for business documents. This is not a high end color photo printer, but does a good job. You do have to hit the okay button each time you print an envelope. My prior HP business printers did not require this. Install was simple.

My m477 has all the bells and whistles minus the duplex printing. Wasn't worth the extra hundred bucks. I rarely print both sides. Excels as a home or SB printer. Wireless print, scan and sprint ,I have no idea how I lived without. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

If you need a good all in one printer this is one of them. I just bought this for my brother in law to use after I’ve had this for two years. The only problem is the touchscreen and big fingers don’t work to well when touching the numbers for the fax machine

Printer was to slow for my business, I have a high yield paper company

I’ve had this printer for about a year and a half. No operational issues but the price of toner versus inkjet cartridges is significantly higher. I was under the impression that this model would print and collate copies but it does not. A different HP model has this feature.

All the features this printer has makes it an easy purchase, but it lacks 1 important feature for me which is automatic dual printing. We print front and back all the time so I exchanged for the fdw model which is $100 more. If that feature is not important then this a great purchase.

This is a good unit for my use. It was difficult to get started and set up. The directions fall short. However, I FINALLY got connected with an HP tech service agent and got set up. Now the unit works very well. I don't know why they can't make it easier to get up and going.

I wanted a printer that worked when I needed it to. This was for home use and I only print a few times a month, but with ink it seemed the ink would always be dried up and had to replace several times a year. From my research the toner is good as long as it doesn't get wet.

I was, however, very disappointed to go to the Best Buy store in Winter Garden, FL and did they DID NOT have any of the toner cartridges in stock for this printer. I DID find them to be LESS EXPENSIVE at SAM’S On Line where I’ll be buying them from now on.
