printer works great! I have it upstairs because of its large size and i print from anywhere in my house from my laptop. I got sick or replacing inkjet so i purchased the laser (i heard the ink in this lasts much much longer)

I'm no longer running to the store to buy more ink. Every time I want to print something...It prints. Shocking. The last regular printers I bought I was ready to scream. Always nice to have something work well.

confirming the old standard of "getting what you pay for," this HP lasor jet printer is well worth the cost. no paper jams, high quality reproductions in color as well as black and white, and at a high speed. couldn't ask for more.

I love this printer. I was going to return it before it shipped because I wasn’t sure if I needed it. But I didn’t and it’s great. I used the fax today and it was so much faster than my old one. Glad I kept it

Great printer. I struggled a little with setup and I have not quite figured out the scanning process, but I am in Florida and I have too many other things outside to do. The color printer looks great.

Have used now for almost 2 years. I like the size and functionality of the printer. It is a little suspect on the WiFi connection sometimes and it does not support faxing. Other than that it is a good printer.

I got tired of buying ink after ink. I used to use an HP monochrome years ago. I was spending on average $80 month on ink. So why not try the laser. I am glad I did. Now I only use my ink-jet to print on my DVD's.

I was in need of a all in one printer. I had one from the same manufacturer,but wanted to get a new one higher in their line of products. I researched and found this one. Best Buy had the best price and service.

I bought this all in one after my old one died and it has surpassed my expectations. I use everything but the fax function and I never once had a problem.

Great little machine that packs a punch for its size. Having an all in one printer that stores in the side cabinet of my office desk frees up a lot of room. And printing is nearly silent.

When it functions properly, it’s great. But, it has a mind of its own and throws out error codes randomly. Then, it works fine for awhile. And presto, again starts with the error codes. I’m bringing it back to the Geek Squad since no one seems to be able to schedule a visit...or, should I say, wants to schedule a tech visit. Disappointing! I’m also disappointed in HP. I tried live chatting with them. They said they’d call me and never did. Overall, very disappointed with Best Buy and HP. Customer service has been dismal so far.

I've had HP laser printers for 25 years. They are always excellent performers. This one is no different. Thanks to the Geek Squad, I have it set up to print wirelessly across the network. What a treat!

Every feature of this printer works great! I would have given 5 stars but had some installation issues with Win 10 and HP (supplied CD), I had to give this product 4 stars.

I am very happy with this machine. It has so many features and great customer support online with HP. You won't be disappointed if your looking for multipurpose machine.

Copies/prints fast! Holds ton of paper. Easy, user-friendly touchscreen. Wireless awesome! Access from anywhere & scan to email! Small footprint compared to a "copier." So far we love it.

this printer is bullet proof. Unlike other ink jet printers from HP, this printer came with FULL cartridges. I've had it for more than one year and have yet to fool with it.

The online sale and the product I needed for the new office this worked out great. The one thing I didn't notice until I got it to the office out of the box was it doesn't have a second tray which I could of used.

The printer was easy to install The directions were easy to understand We had to call HP one time and they were very helpful The problem was solved in just a few minutes.

Have been using this printer for several months with no problems. An issue came up where the pages had streaked some ink but wiping down the inside of the printer with some alcohol wipes did the trick.

This is the first laser printer I have purchased! I like it much better than the ink jet printers I have purchased in the past! The only drawback is it is heavy!
