Not easy to set up all options. Scanning setup required a friend with IT experience to setup. I spent several hours setting up the other functions with many google searches.

I was looking for an all in one printer for a business office. Works great. Only negative point- it doesn't print both sides. You need to manually insert paper.

We purchased this printer to hopefully save on ink and it has been better than we anticipated and pairs really easily with apple products

Think this machine is working well for our small office. Wish the cartridges were bigger so the ink would last longer. But over all this is a winner

I needed a wireless printer so I purchased this printer from bb .I am totally satisfied with it. Setup was a breeze and windows 10 found it almost immeditely.

I ahwvent had any issues yet... It's a printer so eventually I will.. But as of now it's pretty good... I didn't give it 5 stars cause I don't give nuttin 5 stars

Great purchase for florist business. Print and cooy everyday. Hate i had to purchase larger toner bc starter toner comes with it but glad starter comes with it. Love the larger tray.

Fast 2-sided scanning, copying and printing. Scanned and copied hundreds of documents so far with no missed pages from the feeder. Best MFP I've owned.

This is a great printer. I should've got the protection plan. Sometimes it tweeks when I try to scan to USB. Other than that, its great.

Easy to install, and easy to use. Great quality printing. A little trouble with Mac scanning (installing software). Overall, a great piece of equipment

We needed a printer for some heavy printing for college related materials, this printer has everything we needed and works well and fast.

Makes darker copies than the original. Does a lot of calibration but rarely bothers. Wonderful printer for the price. CPA office has required flexibility during tax season.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars when I bought it. But it's just ok. Prints slow for a laser. Doesn't print front and back, you have to manually flip the paper. Print quality is just ok. I really wanted to unpack a great printer for a good price, but instead I got an ok printer at a fair price. As with all printers, the ink cartridges that come with it are less than half full, so you will need to spend an additional $$$$ in the near future for full ink cartridges.

It's a very well rated printer. My husband use the same line of printer at work. There all rate it very good. IT department recommend it. And I love it.

Online documentation says that this unit does double-sided printing...nope! That was the whole reason that I bought this one, but it definitely DOES NOT print on both sides and does not have an option to buy the additional tray to allow it to print on both sides. Customer service was less that helpful even thought I pointed out what was stated on website. Print quality is great, but I really only wanted the unit because of double sided printing...disappointed

It a great printer for family and business use. Easy to print out documents. Easy to scan and email documents as well

Printer is great and works great. When we took it out of the box, however, the printer door was broken and it was a huge pain to get someone to come fix it.

I have purchased many printers for my company in the past. I have always preffered the HP brand. This printer has been excellent for my staff they love it.

This is a great small business color laser printer. Even has a thumb drive port in case your (mac) operating system won't let you use the scanner.
