I was able to quickly add the printer to my wireless network, but the latest driver package from HP's website couldn't find the printer for setup. There is an option to add the printer by IP address so I tried to print the built-in network configuration report from the printer itself. It sat for 30 minutes showing "Printing Document" on the display, but nothing ever came out. I sat on hold with HP Support for 30 minutes, being told that my call was very important, but no one ever came on the line to help. I put all of the parts back into the box and returned it. Not worth the hassle.

Printer seemed to print fine but now, 14 months after buying it, lines are appearing on the side of the documents and HP service says it has to be repaired.. It's a fuser problem and a customer can't repair that. I have only printed about 490 documents so its rather ridiculous that I'm having this problem. So based on my calculations this printer so far has cost me 81 cents a page. Not planning on buying another HP.

Says you can do 2 sided but does not have a duplexer. Must do 2 sided Manually. Would not have purchased had i known that.

After constantly replacing ink cartridges the ink life is incredible. The copy feature is quick and convenient.

Major difficulty in setting up the wifi in home. Had to bring in a pc help company to do it and it took him four hours.

It's suppose to do double side printing automatically but just do it manually...

Thought the printer could do automatic 2-sided printing, but it did not have that capability. Returned it.

Some features of my old printer were more user friendly. I guess I need to get used yo this one!

One issue, it does not stay connected and requires a reboot to come back online.

When it works, i love it. But you have to turn on/off all the time. Scan is a pain.

It is a good printer but the toner gets used up real quick and the toner is quite costly.

I thought I was getting all the basic features of a printer, and although it is good printer it allows for NO double-sided printing.I find this odd and disappointing. I didn't realize I had to search the fine print for this basic feature.

This is a perfect printer for my home business. We print invoices on multi-purpose paper, and this prints quickly and the quality is very crisp. I bought this to replace an Epson 3640 Inkjet Printer (which I liked for the most part), and this knocks the socks off of that printer! The print quality is a night and day difference and well worth the price difference (as I'm writing this, both machines are on sale with a price difference of about $230). It scans very quickly and does double sided scanning in one pass (from the paper feeder). This is like a mini version of the nice big office printers I'm used to working with at larger companies. The footprint is not as small as the cheaper all-in-one printers I've owned in the past, but it's still quite small and fits on top of the single-wide letter filing cabinet I have next to my desk. I love this printer and will highly recommend it to anyone in a price range under $400

Always has errors. After 1 year and 2 months it gave an error. I tried to look up the error but I couldn't find anything on it. So now I cannot use it. What a big waste of money.

although this printer was wireless, we had connectivity issues - not sure if it was the printer, the router, or the internet provider - we returned this printer in exchange for a Canon printer
