easy set up, very dependable, would buy another today

This printer is a replacement an almost identical HP Laserjet that was not wireless. I had for many years of reliable service with my old HP and I expect this one will be just as good.

This printer is great. The only issue I have with it is that it disconnects from WiFi after a period of non-use, which is why I docked a star. I think I fixed the problem though. What I did was assign it a Static IP, and go to the printer properties window and under ports, I set it up as an IP port.

I recently purchased the HP LaserJet P1102w. It is fast, and does a great job for us.

Bought this for printing out emails and bill receipts, when using our ink jet printer it seemed like I was replacing the black cartridge quite often and at $35 per replacement it was getting costly. The HP Laser Jet pro P1102W is saving my ink jet cartridge for the more important printing, PHOTOS.

Solid product, solid buy, I am using this to print labels for ebay sales I make.

I tried to follow the install directions...spent about 2 hours...gave up. Invited my daughter to give it a try...same round about back to the same place without it working...she gave up after about 2 hours. For my third time, I only spent about an hour and a half...had the printer icon on my task bar and everything...still no print. I decided to give it one last shot...since I looked at my receipt and it said 15 days to return, and that time had passed...spent about an hour today...don't think I did anything differently, but it did install, and I did print something other than the test page. I hope it works after today or I will throw it out in the snow.

You can't beat this b/w laser printer for the price and the quality of the printing.

Wife is a college professor, and simply kills black inkjet cartridges when she does work from home. Bought this based on previous experience with an older HP1100 series Laser printer, and it is exactly what she needed. Wireless, laser, and works flawlessly.
