It works hard even when you are not so good it. I had another like it got soaked with water 3 times it was still working, till I changed computer had to upgrade printer.

Love the printer but it should be easier to setup. Had to get my Tec guy over to set up. Also can't set up with a mobile phone or iPad. Besides all that negative programming stuff it's the best printer I have owned.

finished setting up the printer this evening, tried the wireless features and they work great. The wireless set up is simple if you know your way around technology bur if not it takes some figuring out

I was not pleased with the feeding of forms through the printer. Although initial form lined up perfectly subsequent forms were misaligned.

I would not recommend getting this printer. I have had it two weeks now and will be returning it. It goes to sleep and the only way to wake it up is turn it off. It is also not Apple friendly.

It's a very basic printer and an exceptional value.

Excellent for writers, printing docs like taxes, term papers, etc... No bells nor whistles. It's like a WWI army jeep-- it just works all the time.

We have purchased several small printers for home use and everyone of them ran out of ink before minimum count (sometimes as low as 10 pages) was ever reach. The toner was also expensive for the few pages printed. This printer has been incredibly reliable and does quality printing. The toner is a little more expensive but it is worth it because you get the printing out of it that it says you will. We use these as travel printers at work and they do a fantastic job and hold up well to the "rough" travel conditions. What takes it over the top is it is wireless so everyone can print without being hooked up. You don't even have to turn it on, it starts printing when you send the print job. This is a perfect printer.

I would buy another one and will when I have to!!!

Finally, no more spotty printing and ever empty cartridges. This printer went from the box to printing high quality documents in a matter of minutes. So glad I finally made the switch to laser printing.

I bought this laser printer because I like HP and I couldn't beat the price. I absolutely love it and would totally recommend to a friend.

Great basic laser printer for my staff to tote around to various work sites, Great price and cheap cartridges make it the go to work printer.

Bought this knowing it was only black and white and that's fine because that is all I need. We don't print very much so a cartridge of toner last a long time. Great price when bought with an imac.

Good Cost to print Ratio, w/ Very Legible printing for Document use.

This is a great basic printer.I was so tried of current printer not printing correctly because color ink was not full. This is item has been great - no problems or complaints.

One color (black) printer with toner cartridge. Easy to use for day-to-day black & white printing. Hopefully won't have to replace this cartridge as often as with an inkjet printer.

Convenience of printing from any computer or phone or ipod from any location makes this the perfect home printer.

For a student or someone who does not have to print in color this is a great printer. It is reliable and quick, sometimes exactly what I need to make it to school on time with an 8 page essay.
