We have about 15 of these on individual office desks. Only prints in black and white and is great for printing documents at your desk without having to walk over to the main printer. The ink cartrigde is large and can be refilled.

Compact printer which accommodates legal size paper. Pint quality if good. If it were not for my husbands knowledge of computers, never would have gotten the printer to hook up with our wireless connection. Print cartage is expensive.

Seems to be nice and easy to set up but,,,,I spent over two days and it would not connect to any of my 5 computers.About 41-43 reviewers stated the same issue. Bought a Brother equivalent and had no issues.
