If you just want to print emails and mapquest directions, there is no need for color. This is the one you want.

These are like a Sherman tank, We put these all over our company and have such a low failure rate that we continue to buy them. Id say out of 30 I've installed I've replaced 1 for an admin that printed hundreds of sheets a day and just wore the printer out. Other than that, they just work!

I am generally satisfied with how the product is working.

I needed the printer for my glass fusing decal work. The process requires a B&W laser print with enough iron oxide in the ink to remain after the kiln burns off the rest of the decal. This printer fills the bill. The Best Buy associate was knowledgable and the check out process was efficient.

Not only is this a great simple laser printer, it's wireless and works with my personal devices even when the computer is off and I still need to print things. I already bought extra ink and haven't even needed it yet. What a great deal for the money, I mean just perfect.
