I was shopping for a printer to go along with my computer ,which was my first . I heard that Best Buy had a nice selection of printers for just about every need .I chose this device because I thought It would be suitable for a beginner .I was glad that I did !

Bought this with a special purpose in mind. has work fantastic for my need. Using to produce screen printing template's. gives a fantastic image for my purpose..

Using a printer with a toner cartridge instead of the inkjet cartridge is increasing my savings because it's costing less per sheet of printed material. I wished it could scan but I'm happy with my purchase.

Printer was not printing out quality printing for being a laser jet. Had to return. Great price if you are starting out using a laser jet.

I am returning this printer AGAIN. i have had both HP SUPPIRT and GEEK SQUAD ONLINE SUPPORT to take control of my computer to try to get this connected to the same network my computer is already connected to. I even had my wifi provider give me a more up to date modem thats includes wifi router. No connection can be made either with network name ir ip address. Both HP and GEEK SQUAD SUPPORT have advised me that i have a puece if junk.

There is nothing wrong with this printer except is does not print wi-fi. I have tried everything. I called HP customer assistance four different times, and at one time I was transferred back and forth for six times! I was on the phone for at least one hour each time, and did reach two and half hours the last time I called for help. I have a brand new computer, router, everything! I was told I have to get another router. I don't get it, because the router works just fine with my other devices like iPad, iPhone... Definitely a regret.

I have purchased several of that model and have been thoroughly satisfied with the performance and compactness of the printer. Setup is simple and easy

Have a iMac and an iPhone. Could not get this printer to ever appear on my network no matter how much I did. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cursed bitterly after several hours of tweaking settings and nothing happening , then took it back for a refund. End of problem. But still need a printer.

Printer is great once you get it set up. The wireless setup process was a challenge and I'm not a novice. Easy for wireless devices, but a real pain for my laptop.

A good inexpensive printer if you don't have heavy volume needs. Installation was more of a hassle than I would have liked, but once past that all has been good.

Great for value! Easy to setup! Love the AirPrint with OS deceives and print anywhere option.

cheapest way to print at home. no more running for ink after 100 pages. don't have to buy color ink when i only print black.... happy with it so far.

bought it because all my other inkjet printers had very short life spans. Prints documents and produces good line drawings.

The GEEK squad told me that I had to pay $200 to them to get them to connect the printer because it wasn't compatible with my HP laptop. I returned the printer very unhappy with the service. The GEEK squad member had a smart-alec attitude towards me.

I go on business trips frequently; and need a printer that is easily portable. This is perfect; it is lightweight, easily portable and works perfectly.

Printer works fine and is great for simple uses. If you don't need color then this is a fine product.

I had to manually plug the USB to each PC and laptop to set up the wifi. Other than that works like a charm and great value for the price.

Returned the item as it was very difficult to sync with Apple computer - other printers I have owned are easy to sync with Apple...

I've setup dozens of these printers for clients and without exception, each of them is very pleased with the price/performance balance on this printer. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

you can not go wrong for the price and Hewlett Packard is very long lasting & dependable. laser cartridges go a long ways.
