    Very difficult to set up. Bought it today. Couldn't get it to install for wireless use . Support is poor- not able to talk to a live person. Will be taking it back tomorrow. First Hp printer I have ever had an issue with.

    Prints well and good on ink, but constatly loses wi fi connectivity. Initial setup also not very user frendly. I kept it, but not exactly thrilled for the amount I spent on printer.

    Works great when it's online but continuously goes offline for no reason. I don't mess with printer nor do I change any options with device on computer. I had to call geek squad to set it up and it took almost half the day!

    cd drivers did not work, download it drivers from hp site, set it up to my lap top failed to print the test page, uninstalled drivers went to process again fails to pring test page or anything you send to print.
