No jams or and prints clear with no problems what so ever

Purchased to replace one which I damaged, accidently.

no problems so far - Haven't had any ink problems yet

This printer is a must have if you travel and need to print.

this equipment was not worth the money,if possible would like to receive my money back.

This printer it's very expensive it's no fast printer very slow i don't like

HP has really gone downhill. I have a desktop, a laptop and an Office Jet Pro printer. I have never been able to link them wirelessly and none of their technical people have been able to help me. None of them even speak understandable English. So fine. We use cables. I bought this product, against my better judgment, because I needed a travel printer. But I could not get it to communicate with my HP laptop with or without a cable. Technical service said something is wrong so take it back - this after 2 hours of going back and forth between their printer people and their laptop people, each saying it was the other people's fault. I do not have enough time to deal with this stuff. Never again.

I needed a portable printer. Still do, since this one broke after printing one and a half pages. I do NOT recommend. Even the page it did print was pretty poor quality. VERY disappointing!

This product has already been replaced twice since purchased. The problems were different on both machines. Best Buy was great to work with on the warranty, however, I found out that once you use the warranty for that one machine you have to purchase another warranty plan for the second and again for the third. End result: add another $50 or so dollars on to the price of the printer because Best Buy sold a piece of junk equipment. Don't buy it!!

If you need a printer for on the go then this is it. The battery power has not failed me, and the print quality is pretty darn good. It's certainly not the fastest printer on the market - think bubblejet speed - but that should not deter purchase, considering that all you need to do is load paper and you are ready to print! The juggling from transportation has not had any adverse effects, and there is no sign of any failure of any parts or hinges. The cartridge life seems about average for a standard deskjet printer. I have this paired with a Motorola Xoom and the response time to send an Excel document to the printer and begin printing was a complete surprise. It is also paired with my HTC Thunderbolt and prints photos at a surprising quality, as well as printing e-mail and pdf attachments without issue. My only complaint had nothing to do with the printer, rather paying Best Buy to install the printer onto the laptop I purchased at the same time. They forgot to do it. But installation was so painless that it did not matter. Pairing to my other portable devices was a snap as well. Bottom line - if you need a portable printer, I would definitely recommend this over a plug-in deskjet. Or if you just want to show off to your techie friends :)

HP let me down with this printer. HP 450 and 470 are better mobile printers.

It is a mobile printer that does not work with mobile devices such as phones or tablets! It touts Bluetooth functionality but again does not work with phones or tablets! Make a new printer! I bought an Epson that does everything I want it to as a mobile printer!

Broke after 3 weeks, store said send to hp for help...store was nice but past 2 week policy Won't have time for return..must have printer on me for job...travel 4 months at a time .purchased same one again.hope does better

Was looking forward to this printer for business travel, but after taking it once and it never worked I plan to return it to the store.

Come on a mobile printer without air print is unheard of in the day and time

I use this printer in libraries when doing research. It makes just enough noise to bring attention, but it's not unreasonable. Output is very good. It's a little too thick to fit easily in a rolling briefcase, so I bought the largest briefcase available and it's still a tight fit with my laptop and a few files. You also have to bring the paper. With the addition of printer and laptop cables, it just fits in the overhead bid on the airplane.

I'm impressed with this little portable printer. It's quick and produces quality prints. I got it mainly for road trips. Love the battery and the Blue Tooth.

Works great and prints very fast. Love the wireless feature and the images area always crisp! Definitely sticking to HP for printers from now on!
