Fits perfectly in my briefcase. Great for travel. Can print anytime I need to. Makes working in the hotel room so easy after a busy day. You need to take it out of briefcase at airport.

I use this printer in the field to produce qoutes, invoices and receipts for customers. Purchased a Rocketfish™ - Micro Bluetooth USB Adapter for my HP G72 laptop and have been able to print all documents wireless bluetooth with no problem. In addition I downloaded PrinterShare, android app, to my Moto Droid X2 and now I am able to print wireless directly from my smart phone. I have been using the priner for one month.

I love the multiple printing qualities. Fast and easy to use. The blue tooth link is easy to set up but prints a little slow. Ink management is reasonable. I like it much better than the ip100. This is a great tool for a serious road dawg.

I love this printer. It's a no nonsense, easy to use, reliable printer. I don't do "fancy" printing, but it works great as a document and spreadsheet printer. I don't know how I traveled without it.

The mac setup was an issue. They said plug the usb. I had none in the box to do so? Im working off bluetooth signal instead of wireless. I'd like to resolve the issue. The product itself is well developed. A printer on the go. The connectivity to my macbook pro on trying to do a wireless set up ill have to give it three 1/2 stars. So I'm not directly putting down the product.

My previous printer was a mobile deskjet and it still works rather well, but I wanted a new one. This one is awesome, and was very easy to set up.

    Terrible customer service

I have purchased 2 of these printers. I need something small and portable. The first one began having printer issues 18-20 into life It was always noisy above the normal cycling noises. I called HP. The tech said they could not send me a new printer based on noise alone. The noise never completely cleared. My second unit that just died was only 5 months old. It was noisy also to the point of emitting a grinding noise. It finally died a painfully noisy death due to a broken belt of some sort. See the connection. HP refused to OK a replacement over the phone or to fedX next day deliver. I explained that this was a necessary daily part of my job. Still no help. Will not purchase anything HP in the future more because of the less than sympathetic customer service.

Continual Ink alerts even with new ink-HP or recyc

I have complained ab out the ink alerts at HP-The alerts "You do not use genuine HP ink" keeps you from printing without jumping through hoops. We have 3 HP printers and the 6100 HP printer will be replaced with a canon. We are tired of being "bullied" by HP. No more HP printers-the other two will be replaced when there are problems but not with HP. HP ink is too expensive and since it is OUR printer now, not HP's, we want to use it as we see fit.

    Another HP Paperweight!

I purchased this printer on 9-17-2012. I set it up on 9-18-2012 and it was a epic fail! I called the BestBuy store where I purchased it in hopes of retuning it for one that works. They told me that they were out of stock on it and that this store would no loner be carrying it. I explained to them that I purchased it at their store yesterday only to be told that was not possible. The employees quote, " Well you must have your stores confused since we don't carry that printer anymore. Are you sure you bought it here?" I then asked if they could check to see if another store had it in stock the reply was, " No that is not my job, you need to look online yourself." I called HP and that was a waste of time, after sitting on the phone with tech support for 45 minutes and turning printer on, off, taking print cartridges out, putting them back in. They tell me to return it to the store I purchased it at. I love doing business with BestBuy, but after this I am not so sure if I will continue doing business with them.

Very disappointed with this printer and Best Buy

I originally purchased this printer after researching mobile printers since I need one for work. We have had 4 HP printers we use for home and have had good experience with HP so pulled the trigger on this mobile printer, but have been disappointed and frustrated ever since. The first printer I bought would not feed paper correctly and always fed it diagonally and jammed. Gave HP the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a randomly defective unit so I exchanged it at Best Buy for the same model. Got home, ran through setup, charged the battery, and tested the new unit.....same problem. Paper would feed incorrectly and jam the printer. I tried placing different amounts of paper in the feed tray, different types of paper, resetting alignment tabs on printer, and nothing worked. Very frustrated at this point I returned back to Best Buy and explained the problem, but was greeted with "sorry we can't do anything to help you because your item is beyond our return policy." I pointed out that the item is covered with a 1 year warranty and after two printers that didn't work correctly out of the box I wanted to just get a credit and switch to another printer. Same answer, sorry there's nothing we can do to help you. So after three trips to Best Buy, two inoperable printers from HP, and much frustration I'm left with a printer that doesn't work and money down the drain.

    advertised as Bluetooth Printer

Let me start by saying I have owned several HP computers and printers. This printer was advertised as Bluetooth printer but I learned after purchase that it is not compatible with iPad; packaging was misleading, Best Buy employees unaware that it was not compatible with iPad. HP rep that was in BestBuy was not helpful at all, could have cared less. The BestBuy employee that worked in the cellular phone area was more knowledgeable and helpful than the HP rep. It looked like a sturdy printer and thought it would work great for mobile printing with iPad, had a battery backup etc.. The purpose of having the iPad is the mobility and I paid more for a printer than I wanted because of the Bluetooth capability. I puirchased the printer but did not open the box for 2 weeks. Luckily, I was able to return the printer for a refund....but what if the 30 day return period had passed? There are plenty of Wi-Fi printers available but no Bluetooth for iPad. Very disappointed that I spent this amount of money and cannot have a true mobile printer.
