The printer did not come with a USB cable. Had to go buy one. It came with the wrong color cartridge. I had traveled to Italy with this printer, and it was not ready to use, when I went to use it. For the money I paid to have a small printer, this is not acceptable from HP.

some times it works and some times it doesn't when I use my Tablet. You can not trust the piece of junk HP needs to do a better job when they charge so much for their products Way over priced for what you get.

This printer is supposed to work with blue tooth so wires are not required. It works fine as a portable printer. The Bluetooth does not work. I need a portable printer and this is about all that is available.

This is my 2nd HP mobile printer. It was a no brainer when the 1st one went down after 3 years of heavy use. It traveled very well on a daily basis.

Print quality is good. Wireless capability is great. Had to spend some time searching for the best app to use for printing from mobile devices.

I was looking for a printer that is portable, and easy to use, and I found it with HP Office 100!

This printer is great, it is everything I wanted & more, now I don't have to goto the office to print contracts or invoices.

I purchased this printer because I wanted a simple printer. Meaning I wanted an easy to use printer that is only a printer. A Geek Squad IT guy installed the printer and new laptop. Since it was installed as a Bluetooth it has not worked. I then purchased a USB cable thinking that it would resolve the problem. It has not. I'm very unhappy with my purchases. I don't want to be carrying the equipment to the store for resolution.

Very good printer. We like it. It works well and we are limited as to space which this printer meets our space requirements.

I haven't used the printer much so far, but have had no problems with it other than operator error. Tested it on my laptop at home and it worked perfectly, but couldn't recognize the printer while traveling. Not sure why, but I downloaded the driver and it worked perfectly. I am a little concerned about the battery. It didn't seem to be charging, but haven't had time to look into the why and if it too is operator error.

Print anywhere, very durable battery, easy bluetooth connection.

Small and compact to put in your truck and print right on job site.

It is nice to have a durable, portable printer. I have found it to last longer than the competitor.

Glad I had the need to purchase this item. While traveling it was inconvenient to go back and forth to the business centers within the hotels and their printers were not set up for my Mac.
