I was pleasantly happy with the purchase of this printer. It was the right price that I wanted to pay and the connection was fairly simple except for one step.....the paper holder and the metal piece that had to be pushed over to the left. Thank goodness for YouTube that experience it quite well.

My previous printer was a home device as is this one but it was rarely used. It used a lot of ink in a very short time and the cartridges were expensive and each color including the black was separate. This one is more compact and uses less cartridges and because it's wireless less setup time.

This is absolutely the best printer I’ve ever owned! It is totally user friendly to the point my great grandmother could operate it! It also has great range for an air printer. I can print from the complete opposite side of the house, in a different room and it prints perfectly. I would definitely recommend and purchase this again!

I like I think for the price ur getting a good printer all in one I recommend it but if u wanna print picture it's better to upgrade

Needed some new printers for my business but didn’t want to spend a fortune. The little HP printers where a great choice, they print plenty fast and are easy to use to make copies. Plus with the Best Buy ink service I don’t have to go buy ink, it just shows up to my store when it’s low and I save money on it which is the best part.

I mainly purchase this for the printing capability but it is an all in one. Fast speed, doesn't jam very much and Is reliable. The color print is clear and vivid. The printer is light weight as well. Purchasing ink after the original purchase is very simple and can be set up as reoccurring.

I needed a new printer because I could no longer find ink cartridges for my old Hewlett-Packard printer, and have been unhappy with the results I have gotten when I have had my old ink cartridges refilled. Delighted with the HP OfficeJet 3830. The price was right and my printed copies have never looked better!

Great price for good quality printer/fax/scan......so much easier to do a scan than my last hp. It sends it right to my email so I can send it right out. I do have to go in each time to do a draft copy to save ink....my old one could be set and it stayed that way. NO big deal. It's kind of big - like a microwave but with wireless we can tuck it away in a corner.
