simple to install and operate...fast as well and not noisy

My previous printer was a home device as is this one but it was rarely used. It used a lot of ink in a very short time and the cartridges were expensive and each color including the black was separate. This one is more compact and uses less cartridges and because it's wireless less setup time.

Easy to install. Works like it should. Nice budget printer

It was a great printer for the last 2+ years until today it will no longer print. Makes a loud noise and says its out of paper which is not the case. Of course its out of the warranty window.

I mainly purchase this for the printing capability but it is an all in one. Fast speed, doesn't jam very much and Is reliable. The color print is clear and vivid. The printer is light weight as well. Purchasing ink after the original purchase is very simple and can be set up as reoccurring.

This is absolutely the best printer I’ve ever owned! It is totally user friendly to the point my great grandmother could operate it! It also has great range for an air printer. I can print from the complete opposite side of the house, in a different room and it prints perfectly. I would definitely recommend and purchase this again!

I needed a new printer because I could no longer find ink cartridges for my old Hewlett-Packard printer, and have been unhappy with the results I have gotten when I have had my old ink cartridges refilled. Delighted with the HP OfficeJet 3830. The price was right and my printed copies have never looked better!

Does what I needed. Decent print quality and ease of use.

Needed some new printers for my business but didn’t want to spend a fortune. The little HP printers where a great choice, they print plenty fast and are easy to use to make copies. Plus with the Best Buy ink service I don’t have to go buy ink, it just shows up to my store when it’s low and I save money on it which is the best part.

We set up the computer and using my surface pro to the printer after a couple tries it seems to work very well it could be that I am a little slow in the application process we haven’t tried the color yet and we will do so soon but it does print effectively and clear. I’m very satisfied with this printer
