I would recommend this to my friends. Also the instaink is a great program.

HP printers tend to have a limited life expectancy. Often, less than two years. They work fine and produce high quality documents until they decide to stop working. So, price is important when selecting a new one, and this one was priced very well on sale.

Easy to set up and use. Can handle any size project.

I purchased this all-in-one machine for my home office for the sole purpose of being able to copy or scan multiple pages at one time. The price tag was very economical for me. I use it daily and have been very pleased with how easy it is. The set-up was done in a snap. I would definitely recommend this great little machine!!

I've always owned HP printers and never had an issue with them. I print great quality photos. Scans and prints easily. The printer maintenance can take awhile to cycle through. I bought the HP instant ink service with this and it has been worth it.

This printer is great! It comes with the Instant Ink deal from HP which includes a 15 or less pages per month free option. I don't print but maybe 5-7 pages per month, so this means I have free ink as long as the printer lasts. Great deal also as I got it for 39 instead of 79(40 bux off).

Not really happy that I can’t use WiFi printing just because my password has symbols. But I’ll live

I was looking for a printer with scanner, copier & fax the Hp 3830 fits the bill. The pricing was reasonable since it was on sale. The installation was quick at exception of getting the Pin to connect to the Wifi beside it was a good deal for all the features. So far so good.

Directions are easy to follow. Printer was easy to set and there is no waste on the setup, uses both sides of paper. Although I will never hook up the fax, the step by step directions are so easy to follow I believe most any one could use this printer. Reasonably priced, ink is easy to install and also very reasonably priced.

I don't do a whole lot of printing so I didn't want to pay an arm and leg for a printer. The print quality has been excellent. And so far haven't had any problems with it. Can't speak to how it would perform for someone who prints a lot. Great printer for the price.

I was lucky enough to catch the last printer of this model on the shelf on that last day of the sale. Even at full price it is a great price for a quality printer, compared to the other printers on display. HP is a reliable company and with my two year service contract with the Geek Squad for only $5, what a deal!

Satisfactory printer. Scan function not that easy to use. Does not work the way it is supposed to.

Works well for an inexpensive printer. Not terribly fast but I rarely need more than a few cool use at home.

Efficient wifi printer with a great price, would recommend to everyone

Was looking for a low-profile printer that was easy to set-up and use. This printer is perfect for my needs. If I had it to do over, I might purchase one that does duplex printing - something I rarely do but it comes in handy. I will only buy HP printers.

Was cheaper to buy this printer than to buy new cartridges for my old printer. It was time for an upgrade anyway. Didn't think I would need fax feature, but turns out I did within a few weeks after purchase. Very simple after plugging in a phone cord and following touch screen.
