i'm very pleased with Best Buy's service and with the printer itself. HP provides excellent help for set up and the quality of the printing is better than expected.

This product is very good for the price and the quality of the machine. I would refer anybody to Best Buy to purchase this product.

Good price, good quality, a little bit slow printing

Easily installed - good print quality. However, not able to sync it to my desktop & no tech support available except for the virtual assistant- not helpful.

Needed a new printer so I went to the store. While looking at the different printers, a salesman asked me what I needed the printer for. He suggested a few but this one was on sale and it was easy to set up!

I have used this printer to scan documents into pdfs on my phone and to print my hunting and fishing permits, as well as copy forms. I haven't used the fax but everything else performs admirably.

I bought this as a second printer--to use primarily as a copier for other family members to use. It's an alternate to my other HP printer. Due to the lower price, it is an excellent value.

Haven't used printer but it was a good price. This is a Christmas present but will update review based on printer performance. I also used the ibotta app to earn 10.00 extra credit on there app.

Purchased this printer in one city and set it up and when I got home it was easy to connect to my network and immediately use. The instant ink program is great with this printer as well. You won't regret your purchase.

I bought this printer a month ago and it has been the easiest printer ever to use. The setup to WiFi is also simple for beginners. Furthermore the price was affordable.

I had this machine and I got an inkjet that was faulty. My machine acted up. I was told it was the printer so I ordered the same model. I received it and when I used up the inkjet that came with new machine I inserted the faulty inkjet and got the same response as from old machine. I ordered new inkjet and received it this week and when inserted it worked and which proved to me that my old 3830!was not defective but it was the inkjet that I purchased at Office Depot. So I am out a printer and an inkjet. A very expensive experience. And as the country is on shutdown I am not able to be recompensed for my expenditures

This is a well-built HP printer. It offers a wireless connection, good throughput, and easy set up. I have been a long time fan of HP products and this product certainly reinforces my opinion.

Printer is fast and connection thru WiFi is perfect. Could be downstairs and printer is upstairs in my office. Want something printed, does it from wherever I may be. Ink is well and doesn't run out fast either.

This product was easy to setup and i have it on my home network, 2 windows pc, an iMac, and my android phone. Had no issues setting it up and it prints beautiful prints.

This is an excellent printer & copier. I would recommend it

This is a great printer for the price but there are a few features - or rather lack of - that I wish I had known before buying. First, the paper is fed upright from the back, not through a drawer. This wasn’t shown in any picture and was a disappointment. The printer has to sit atop of the credenza as opposed to hidden on the printer shelf. Secondly, the paper needs to be manually fed for double sided printing. This negates the convenience of wireless printing. I would have bought a different printer had I known these 2 issues. The setup and quality has been as expected so far.

Fast, good quality prints. Can't figure out how to get the password to use all functions so it could be more user friendly. Overall good product.

Easy to get out of the box, and simple instructions to follow both in the box and online. I usually have a tech person help me with stuff like this, but didn’t need anything assistance.
