I picked up this printer for $59 and change. Not long after, it dropped to $39 and change. I took my receipt to customer service where the genius/flippant customer service representative said he could give me the lower price if I bring in the printer and the receipt. So for clarification I asked him if he wanted me to disconnect my connected printer, box it up and bring the printer in, sit on the counter, he give me the cheaper price, I then pick up that same printer and leave the store with it. He said yes. So ridiculous, I've no idea how they would handle a complicated situation....Anyway, It replaced an HP all in one printer that cost me almost $100 to replace the ink when it was needed. The ink with this printer is a little less than half of that if I'm not mistaken. My old printer did have an option that I'm sure I will miss not having it on this new, cheaper printer. It had a panel up front where I could slide in a USB thumb drive, SD card, Etc I could scan to these devices or print from these devices. I'm guessing I can do that with this new printer it will just have to be done through a computer first. The big problem I'm having with this printer is that it will not print in color. It has never printed one thing in color since I've owned it although I have tried multiple setting changes, watching YouTube videos, Etc. The color ink cartridge is properly installed and is actually filled to the brim as it has never been used after installation. Fortunately I have not had an important document to print requiring color. I'm sure I will run into that eventually. It very much bugs me knowing that I could not use this basically new printer to print anything requiring color rendering it useless in that situation.

Chose this printer as a backup for our main printer. Set up was easy. It did pull multiple pages of paper when I apparently over filed it. Don't fill hopper completely and it works fine.

This is a nice, simple printer for the money. It was easy to set up and works well. The only drawback for me was that it doesn't print legal size docs. If you don't mind that, it's great.

Amazing. I was going to buy replacements ink cartridges and saw this on sale for $39.99. It’s a no brainer with free instant ink! Best money I spent in long time. Love the product

Good for the money - not the fastest but works well!

I recently had a house fire and this was the printer that I lost. I originally paid 80 for it but 40 for this black Friday. This is a perfect printer for occasional printing jobs.

It works fine. I will recommend it. I dont print much but the library has been closed since due to the pandemic. All the features work as it should.

Bought for my daughter in college. Uses lots of ink but works great! Inkjet printers always go thru ink, though. Only alternative is laser printer.

what is there not to love about a printer that you can print when you are sitting out on your front porch and the printer is back in the family room???

Great all in one printer. Perfect for my home office job duties. Can print from my phone or any of my WiFi enabled devices without any problems. Also can’t beat the price.

Like its size. Seems slower than HP 6970 that died. Disappointed that I have to manually reinsert paper to have print on both sides of paper.

I bought this for my husband home office and he loves it. It's a great price sturdy and prints labels and such he loves the wireless feature and that he can print from his phone

Very user friendly, directions were great! Love using the hp app and the printer works excellent! Best buy always comes through for me. Fantastic buy!

I'm able to print wirelessly from my cell phone to this printer and really like that. Plus I'm on the auto refill on ink and don't have to pay for any ink on this printer.

It prints greAt, I love the mobile app, and options. The scanner is slow, I'm not going to lie. However, the quality of the scan makes up for it.

Prints well so far, a little slow, have not had a chance to use the fax or print features. So far I like the printing. prints pictures well

If you only need to print casually throughout the year, a coupon here, a tax form there, this printer is perfect. Good price. I had it hooked up and printing in about 15 mins.
