I just received it for Christmas and didn't set it up until after the 1st of the year so haven't used it much so far. When I first got it I was a little frustrated because I couldn't get it to scan to PDF and I couldn't find a phone number to call HP. Once I found a number and HP was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly, it has been working great so far, although I have not used it much yet.

I've always liked H.P. products and this copier was easy to install and easy to use we are very pleased with it

Bought it as a gift for my mom since she got rid of her laptop and went iPad only. Her old printer didn't support AirPrint, so I got her this so she could print again. The scan capability was a bonus. Not a fantastic printer, but for I paid you can't really ask for any more. If you're an occasional printer, and need the wifi w/ AirPrint, this will fit the bill.

This MFP was super easy to set up and has all the features you'll need for home use. The price was great too!
