I bought this printer to use with a couple different types of cards and it works good for printing these cards.

This printer has been a real work horse for me and I like the fact that the ink is sent automatically to me. The only bad part is I lost a driver and had to call HP support. This service needs alot of help. On hold for over an hour and then I get disconnected and they dont call you back even though they said they would. My suggestion is when you do get a hold of someone just act like your real mad and tell them youve been disconnected before.

My son needed a printer for his dorm and this was on sale. It meets his needs but he was complaining about its connectivity. That it keeps saying it's offline every time it wakes up and he was annoyed that he had to keep redoing the connection setup. And when it did, the printer was printing was slowly. Likely more a wifi issue than the printer itself?

I do a lot of printing for work and this printer holds up. The HP instant ink that is link to this printer is also great

i have had to use the net to troubleshoot this printer two separate times. i had to disconnect the power to get it to print. its working now.
