It works for home use. Not for high copy number due to economics. Also, not for mixed media purposes, buy laser. But for quick replacement of defective inkjet, I recommend. And use best but credit card to build points for cartridges, making it cost effective. Rarely jams, but easy to fix. Useful display. I have geek squad and recommend it also

This printer is in the category where you know that the manufacturer is always going to make money from the supplies and not necessarily from the printer. Speaking of supplies, HP Instant Ink is an interesting proposition and I have run the numbers for several instances and it does look like it could save money in the long run. Time will tell if this printer will hold up as well as some of the older units.

Great home printer . Simple and easy to use. Affordable

I had the unit sent to the store for pickup. I will not do that again. First the unit was delayed and then I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I called the store to make sure it was there no one answered the phone. After several days and several tries I called the sales number instead and got confirmation that the unit was there for pickup.

This is a great printer and gets the job done. This printer is extremely easy to setup.
