    not being too teck knowledgeable,I had a slight problem getting the program to work with my laptop, but was able to figure it out without tech support. I thought the versatility and manuverability were outstanding. I had problems with the automatic ink program. I thought it was confusing and had slight difficulty eliminating it. Then all was well.

    Now I can print from my phone, my tablet, and both of my laptops. My son can even print from his phone if he has to. Easy to set up and start printing right away. I also like the way photos print, you would never know they were done on a home printer.

    I bought this for my parents who are retirement age as they needed an updated printer. It seems like it is a perfect printer for them. Only downside is that it has limited paper capabilities. You load it from the back and not a tray, maybe 30 pages at most at one time. Like i said, it fits their needs.
