    Had bought another manufacturer's printer and hated it. Best Buy gave me a full refund and a great deal on this one. Extensive software that leads me thru whatever I need. And I signed up for HP's ink program. I couldn't beat it w/o having to look for discount inks (a particular disaster with the one I hated).

    I like that it rings. Easy to insert inks. I think the finished product is fine. Responds well. Digital display. Had some trouble hooking up to WiFi. I looked for instructions online and they don’t help me at all. I’ll walk away for awhile and go back again. Hard to get to customer service. Don’t like that

    basic printer, beware it's a back feeder. Was a pain to set up, first day couldn't connect to the wifi. it couldn't find the wifi even though it's sitting next to the router. Two days later i tried again and it found the wifi. It shouldn't be that hard.
